Grapevine Ford Service reviews
18Jodie heard my concern about me trying to get an honest diagnosis for my truck a previous dealership had said that needed repairs but the grapevine diagnosis was accurate and less money. Jodie always was there to assist with my truck updates.will sure come back here even though is far from where I leave.
Grapevine Ford is always great. They are respectful and courteous and my vehicle always come out looking great.

I'm done with this business. Service individual never ordered part I needed. Found this out after going to business as no one returned my call. Once I got part ordered, parts department said the would call when it arrived. They didn't. Then on direct line, I called person that schedules body shop appt to have part installed. After 3 weeks he has never called back.
With the continued supply chain issues, labor issues, recalls, lackluster reviews and this complete lack of service I'm switching brands.
Very sad customer service here has disappeared.
A little disappointed that, after waiting a month to get my truck in for service and repairs, it took more than two weeks for them to complete 2 days worth of work.
Our service manager, Jody, was the best I've ever worked with! She make it very easy to contact her any time. She also contacted me on my cars progress throughout. I feel very confident in their service.
The customer service I received from David Macias was exceptional! He went above and beyond to explain things to me concerning the warranty service!
Today was the worst they have treated me, but usually I have no problem. I'm not sure why today was different, but it was. Their service is usually 4 stars, but today the service was 2 so it evens out to 3 stars.
Dealership and service advisor Brendan do an excellent job at executing Ford vehicle service recalls.
Dropped off car for oil change - work was done by the time mentioned by the service advisor Anthony and communication was timely with updates which was appreciated. Lyft was convenient to get home and back. Had no surprises with the work done or the cost.
Tyler was helpful to check me in and set up the shuttle to take me to work after dropping off my car for service.
I use Grapevine Lincoln and am very pleased with their service. Heath did a great job, represents the dealership very well, and helped with all my annual auto maintenance details. I recommend Grapevine Lincoln highly.
Originally, we were told the recall parts would be here in a couple weeks. One year later, nothing. We spoke with a new service advisor, Bob, and he was excellent. I would give Bob 5 stars, but the dealership 2.
All associates at ever point were incredibly professional and inviting. All my
Issues were addressed

Overall was OK. As always I get lists f maintenance items that aren’t needed (ie changed the cabin filter a month ago but they suggest it needs a change…no one inspects). Typical upswell.
The part that get me is they give me a number and to text for updates and no one responds. You call and the call gets router offshore to schedule an appointment Vs a live person.
Not sur le how much longer I’ll do this.
The service was wonderful as always. Heath is my service advisor and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I always trust him to give me good advice and he does not try to sell me anything I don’t need.
Had an electrical issue with ‘22 F150. Called service department left message and no call back. Towed in using roadside assistance next day. Received call explained the issue. 2 days later received a text thanking me for servicing my vehicle. Had to call to see if this means my vehicle is ready. Very polite person said yes it is. I asked what was wrong with it and they didn’t know but said they can transfer me to the service advisor. No answer left message. 3 days later still no call back. Vehicle not fixed but at least it is running. First time using the dealership and with the service I received or lack there of, I guess I will drive further to get someone who cares enough to call you back. If you’re looking for zero human interaction but very efficient automated text messages, this is the place for you.
I'm a long time Ford brand customer, so this review is uncharacteristic of me. Recently had an oil change and the salesman showed me three service and cost levels, which I selected from. When checking out the cost was 30% higher and he could not explain why. He spoke with the manager and applied a "coupon" to lower the cost. (By the way, my car is a Lincoln CPO, so the oil change was supposed to be free.)
Additionally, the service technician claimed that the engine and cabin filter required replacement. Given I had replaced them only 2 weeks prior suggest no inspection was completed.
On top of this, my car still has two active recalls that Ford has no solution. One is a blue screen that covers the backup camera view when backing the car and the other a hazard on my hybrid battery.
What is going on at Ford? Sad, but it looks to be time to move on.
Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and asked if the vehicle could be looked at for a light. Previous visit I went in for the same thing and asked if they could look into a sound my vehicle was making. Both times I was told that I needed a separate appointment even though I made an appointment specifically for the areas on concern. Vehicle never gets washed even though I see them wash other vehicles. It’s an overpriced oil change, price is $70 but it turns out to be over $140 somehow. Plus the wait was 2 hours! I don’t plan to be back. Musafa is friendly and always helpful and although staff is nice, I will save my time and money and go to a quick oil change place next time.
