You are unable to schedule a service appointment for almost a month out. I think that is ridiculous for just an oil change. In addition, when having a more urgent problem with my vehicle, I tried to talk to someone in the service department, but you are unable to get a hold of anyone. They promise a call back, but I never received a call back as promised. I therefore have taken my service elsewhere.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THEY ARE NON-RESPONSIVE! I scheduled an appointment months in advance to have a recall performed. Attempted numerous times to confirm the service and loaner car they were to provide by phone, left messages and asked for call backs and never once got a response. I will never use them or recommend them.

I recently bought a Lincoln (after having an GMC for years) and this service center has made sure it will be my last. I’ve called to get my car scheduled for a technology problem it’s having multiple times just to hear every time “someone will have to get back to me to schedule it. ” I’ve yet to be able to talk to someone in the actual service department only the operator and no call backs even though they have promised me its label “high priority “. I’m ready to trade my new car in! Pleasant operators that answer the phone just a horrible run service center. If you are on the fence about going the Lincoln route don’t do in the DFW area because you will never be able to get your car fixed from a certified dealer locally!

We have tried three times to get "the Lincoln Experience" from Grapevine. Our experience is as follows:

- You can try the website, the phone, or other methods, but you will only be able to actually set up an appointment about 10% of the time.

- Two of our three attempts ended in frustration, after multiple contacts, we still didn't have an appointment set up.in on case, we were willing to wait a couple of weeks, but even that kind of customer flexibility didn't change the answer (Covid left us short handed, so we won't/can't honor the terms of the Lincoln service plan).

- They won't honor their obligations for Lincoln concierge service when it is inconvenient for them. They will tell you you have unrealistic expectations. You may have to listen to "the dog ate my homework" excuses.

- They are a below average Ford service department with a Lincoln badge - just go somewhere else - there are lots of better dealer service outfits. Everyone struggles to get good service techs, and to provide reliable service - but this is something else - this is not just the Ford part supply chain and a tight market for service techs - this is a pattern of failure.

I called the service department twice this week to talk about 3 recalls on my Aviator and to schedule an appointment. Each person said that they would pass along my information and someone else would call me back. That still hasn’t happened. After giving the first service guy the recall information for all 3 recall notices, he responded with ‘are you sure you are done? ’ That was rude. I’m going somewhere else.

After owning the Corsair for 1 year, we would not recommended the extended service plan. The Lincoln service application is unavailable and the customer line is outsourced to a third party with no follow up. You have to call the direct line or come in person to schedule an appt. It takes 1.5-2 hrs for an oil change, that must be schedule with the service desk.

I am unsatisfied with our service level and commitment from Lincoln.

My car was making a sound when driving that i was not familiar with. Scheduled an appointment. Heath was my contact.
They identified the problem quickly but had to order the part. Heath stayed in contact keeping me updated on the status of completion. Picked up the car and the original concern was fixed but now had a rattle that was even more irritating. Called Heath he had the tech check it out - it was fixed and i left a happy
person in less than an hour after it was identified. Admit i was
not happy having to return. But Heath was great and the service department fixed my concerns. Considering the current status of getting parts /covid - I consider this great service. Highly recommend them. Hope you get Heath as your contact!
