6Had an appt for deluxe pedicure, gel manicure, lip and chin wax. Once pedicure and manicure was completed there was no one in salon that could do chin wax. So I left.
These ladies really did a wonderful job on my nails. No one has ever taken that much time and been so detailed with my nails. I loved it. Great experience.

Amazing experience. I loved the warm blanket, headphones with spa sounds and eye mask. Wonderful staff. Best pedicure experience and a nice cup of camomile tea to finish out the experience. Highly recommend.
Where to begin with this, I literally can't make it up. First, I had an appointment at 4: 30 on a Friday afternoon for a dip manicure and pedicure. I soaked my nails which took about 10 minutes and no one spoke to or acknowledged me until I asked at 5: 10pm if I was going to be helped. Finally at 5: 20 someone was going to start on me. This whole time I smell burning plastic, apparently there was a trash can on fire. Then the girl that started on me had nails that were so long she was not able to efficiently file my nails and she broke her nail on the drawer so I waited another 10 minutes for her to deal with her bleeding finger (reasonable, I am sure it hurt) but its 5: 35 now and we aren't even finished filing my nails. Finally, another woman jumps in and starts doing my dip, my manicure is fine EXCEPT I have two different top coats on. The first one never dried on half my finders and was still sticky 10 minutes later. She them put a different top coat on some of my nails that was the normal "dry in 3 minutes. " The problem, you can very much tell the difference between the top coats because one has a really rough texture to the touch. At this point it is 6: 25 and we are just starting my pedicure, I asked for no polish and just a basic because I was so short on time. Well it was fine except she left so many globs of lotion on my feet that I was slipping out of my shoes on the way out at 7PM. After the 2.5 hour ORDEAL, she still CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. $98 for the least relaxing and most mediocre manicure ever.
