Worst experience with the hispanic girl in the front. The doctor, nurse and billing staff are so friendly and caring but the girl in the reception treats you like you are bothering her for being there and making her work. She is very rude and does not give you eye contact at all! Maybe her fake eyelashes are too heavy. It is a shame and sad she is the first and last person you see in your visit because it ruins your experience. She does not represent nor gives a good image of the clinic.

I have requested for this clinic to submit a out of network form to my insurance so I can be seen. I have made this request multiple times and they have just ignore it. I don’t think it can be so hard to submit a form to insurance for coverage. I have been waiting for them to do this since June and nothing has been done. They definitely don’t care about their patients.

Do not go here! Dr. Syeda is the worst doctor I've ever come across. She doesn't listen to you and always asks if you're still on this medication even though she is the one that took me off of it. I haven't been on it for 6 months. It will take her 2 weeks to refill your medicine to the pharmacy despite the fact that you saw her that same day. She will ghost you not return emails calls or voicemails. She doesn't care about your health it's not a priority. Her staff will tell you that they done something but in fact have not. If you want good service set your standards low, but even that is too high. They are disorganized. I got married a year ago and they gave not updated my name despite me telling them every time I come in. I have updated my insurance cards with the receptionist 5 times for this year from January to June. That's how many times I've seen her. The office staff scans it but somehow it's lost from what they say. So every visit I have to get my insurance scanned because they cant save my information correctly. You shouldn't have to hound your doctor on a daily basis to get something done even though they are the ones that want you on that particular medicine. That's not how healthcare should be. The more she treats patients this way she won't have any. Save sanity and yourself!

Dr. Syeda is the first doctor in 15 years to listen to me, to take the time to understand what I have been dealing with since I was 18. Her staff is amazing, responsive, caring and they really do want you to feel the best you can’t. I am truly grateful and blessed to have found her.

Good place to go. They always, without challenge, provide me with any resources I need such like physical therapy, etc.anything that helps my health

I was diagnosed having Gout and my family physician just could not get it under control so I came to Grapevine Rheumatology. They are so nice and amazing there and they really knew their stuff. They immediately put me on a plan and told me what to expect, and what they said was 100% accurate. They told me that the medication takes a few months to kick in and that I would continue to have a couple of gout flare ups. I had a couple of small flare-ups after that but I have not had a flare up in the past four plus years now. They really got everything under control for me and have done an amazing job.

Exceptionally fantastic doctor and staff. I am so grateful I was referred to Dr. Syeda - my case isn't typical and she was the first doctor (out of so many) to correctly diagnose the issue and find a course of treatment for me.

But the goodness doesn't stop with Dr. Syeda. This clinic is full of exceptional staff too. I'm particularly grateful to Nurse Erica and Physician Assistant Veronica Torres for their care, concern, and help.
