The worste customer service Ive ever had. They wont reply to any email when they shipped wrong item.
I ask to return and did so but now no communication for over a month and still no refund. Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had.
The thickness and quality of their pieces have also dropped dramatically from what they used to be. If you want the hands down best water pipe I've ever used check out Heir.
