I paid for my material, and my bank verified to me and the front desk that payment went through and was approved, but the counter still won’t release my material to me. So now they have both my money and my merchandise and I have to go through the annoying and long Transaction Dispute process in order to get my money back. Absolutely livid right now. Even after it is verified that their transaction cleared my bank, they still won’t release my merchandise. Now I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place because I have to have these materials but clearly I can’t trust these people! Thanks a lot!

Update: Then they had the audacity to tell me that if I let them run the card again and it goes through, they will release the merchandise. That’s the problem! Payment has already been taken from me, and they want to double charge me to release the materials. No way! This is ridiculous. If I had any other choice for this material I would purchase somewhere else.

Very friendly welcome very friendly people especially for a non-electrician like myself much appreciated. Shopping there for electrical stuff is much more pleasant than shopping at the big box stores

My company placed order and was filled promptly. Trouble came on pick up. I hand loaded 80% of steel and cable myself. Had to ask help from the counter man, he had physical limitations and other obligations so hrlp was limited. 1st time ever I have had to load materials this way. And ya, by the way, Im getting a little weary of theaCOVID excuse on manpower. Its been around for months, deal with it. We do.
