Witnessed the worse employee ever. Working at the down stairs at parks mall in Arlington. He was finishing up w a customer and was raising his voice at her stating such things as im trying to treat you like a lady, Argued with her about the cookies. The poor lady was apologizing. It was my turn and he stated to me I cant even focus after that lady. While im trying to place my order he called upstairs and then makes me wait as he demands someone to come help him. He hangs up on them. Then proceeds to tell me we always gotta be nice. Ya think? Horrible horrible experience!
