Order a cookie cake for my Birthday on Wednesday feb 7 to pickup Sunday at 12: 30
They call me at 12: 20 and said my order was not ready it would 2 pm before it was ready went at 2 pm still not ready they said 4 pm called at 4 pm said just need to decorate it come on it will be ready in 15 minutes
I am guess I got my cookie horrible customer service do not order online it won't be ready

Yesterday we ordered a cookie cake for a 70th birthday and this is what the cake looked like. Icing all over and it looked horrible. Very disappointed in this. The cashier at the store said nothing about it and didn’t offer anything to fix this. For the price and for such a memorable birthday, this is very disappointing. I am posting this to make others aware in case you are buying in hopes of having a nice looking cake for any occasion.

I only come here for the ice cream but Rafael the mixer is so nice and makes getting the ice cream fun

I come here all the time with friends great customer service, always nice to, and everything is delicious, highly recommend coming here for a sweet treat.

I ordered a cake for pickup at 2: 30pm. I never received a confirmation, so I reordered again a couple hours later. Once I arrived to pickup was told they did not have any record of the order and I had to show them the emailed receipt. Was told it would be about an hour so I waited for over an hour and a half before ot came out. Yhe staff was very nice and accommodated the order but the online order process is a nightmare to say the least. Recommend calling or going into the store if you need to put in an order for a future date.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE ROCKWALL LOCATION! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I ordered a cookie cake for a birthday party on 9/22/2023. Went to pick up my order the next day on 9/23/23 and my cookie cake had not been made. The guy told me the cook had not been there in a few days so a lot of the orders were not made. I asked for my money to be refunded back to me. He said the system wasn't working at the time. I went back two other times to ask for my refund, to speak to the store manager and they never would refund my $40.00 back. I called the Wylie Tx location and asked them if they knew of a corporate number or the owners number. They either didn't want to provide that information or didn't know but they suggested to look on the website to file a complaint and said they should respond within 24hrs. I did just that and no one responded back to me. I looked up who is the CEO/Founder of GAC and found Michael J Cole listed as a founder. I emailed him. He responded back pretty quick and said by law the company is suppose to give you the owners information and suggested I need to contact customer service. Unfortunately, he was of no help either. Long story short, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BUISNESS AT LEAST NOT THE ROCKWALL TX LOCATION! The Manger, Raphael, is of no help and is rude as well!

Every time I go they never have the slices and the icing taste like they put to much coloring in it. The colored icing taste nasty.

I ordered on the phone. And they said it would be ready by 12pm. I came to pick it up at 4: 30. They told me the cake would he done at 5pm.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time! I ordered a cookie cake Saturday morning to be picked up Sunday at 12: 30. I arrive Sunday at 12: 45 and they had no order come through as I was told their “system was down”. I was told to come back at 3pm and they’d have my cake ready even though that time was already half way through my son’s birthday celebration. I was told the order was already cancelled by the system so I should receive a refund in the next 3 business days (I’ll update if that happens). I came back at 3: 05pm and the cookie cake had just been baked and was not ready at all and they seemed to have no idea that this was supposed to be done. The excuse this time was the night prior someone left the refrigerator open and all orders had to be thrown out. Hmmmm. Waited for 15 more minutes asked if it’s ready as I’m actively missing my son’s birthday party. Said they will need a few more minutes and after 10 minutes of still no cake I told them to give me whatever they had done and I’ll decorate it myself! They were all incredibly rude, the manager mocked me and when I asked for the owner’s information they ignored me! I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in my life! I received an incomplete, pathetic cookie cake for $65. Never again.

We had a great experience here. Got a couple of ice cream cones, and a snickerdoodle cookie. It was great as always.

Our cookie cake pick up was pushed up since we needed it sooner than expected. Thank you Maddie for your help and saving the party!

I understand the under staff situation and been busy. But to tell me I don’t have any other options but to wait for my order it’s ridiculous. Very unsatisfied with my order the frosting was in the box melted.

The crew (Jahmell) was friendly and helpful and the The double doozies are awesome as always. Keep up the good work.

Terrible experience here, no cookies ready. Asked when there would be cookies and the worker replied I don't know. I asked if they were currently making any and again I was told I don't know. We settled on ice cream then after paying for our ice cream was told they had no spoons.will not be going back

They have very good cookies, but I ordered an ice cream cake from them and it was a huge (and gross disappointment). It was slightly lopsided and the frosting was messed up a little.
I thought 'oh well, it'll still taste great' until I was eating a slice and found a 6-8 inch hair inside it. Pulled it out from the layers and felt sick. We threw the rest of my sons birthday cake away. Couldn't stomach it. Paid $40 for that
