Had the worst haircut in my whole life. The staff were mumbling, I couldn't understand what they were saying, they can't understand what I exactly want, it was just horrible. Due to the communication they didn't hear what haircut I want and when they tried to speak to me I didn't understand a single word. I felt very embarrassed after walking out because my hair cut was so bad. They didn't really show professionalism and it felt like they didn't want to cut my hair. I gave great clips several times to redeem themselves but it is very evident that each time I go here I am guaranteed to get a bad hair cut. It's definitely not worth spending a single penny here and it's much recommended to spend a few extra bucks to get a good haircut at a professional barber shop.

Took my son into this place on Friday, May 22,2020. The customer service was fine, but the older lady did a horrendous job on my son’s hair. I seriously think my uncoordinated hands and untalented self could have cut his hair better. She must have graduated last in her class in cosmetology school. She couldn’t even blend in his hair and everything was uneven. His bangs looks like she took a pair of school scissors and cut it in the straight line. In the end, it looks horrible. Lucky for my son, school is limited to e-learning right now. Do NOT let this older woman cut your hair or you too will experience her subpar skills.

Completely ruined my haircut and I had been growing my hair out for years! Guess all that time went to waste as I now have to get it cut shorter to fix the choppy, uneven layers. Stylist was rude as well.

The worst shampoo and haircut I've ever received. I would ask for it to be fixed but I would have to go shorter and it is already too short. Completely uneven and I had to have my daughter somewhat even it out. Thank goodness hair grows back.

You come to get a hair cut at 8: 55 and they say they are close. Maybe you should close at 8: 30. Never will get a hair cut at great clips. Super cute aceros the street they always take the last person u til they close. The Hispanic lady was rude

God awful haircut, awful service, the lady who cut my hair clearly has no passion or skill whatsoever. The only thing she had was attitude. My first visit was at 8: 50 P. M. (closes 9 P. M) but they didn't want to cut because it wasn't adequate time for a "good hair-cut". I came back the couple days after and they spent a total of 5 MINUTES for my "good" haircut. I had to keep asking for adjustments because the lady clearly doesn't know what the word "even" means. Don't come here unless you want to get your hair butchered. I went with my roommate and the minute we left the shop, we were laughing at how comically bad our cuts were.

It's the closest experience to Russian roulette. Like holy cow.today they cut your hair so perfectly that you feel like a mega celebrity, next time they screw it up so bad you'd become eligible for short term disability.

They will ruin your hair for good. Do not ever come here. This is a clean warning you will regret. Don’t even deserve one star

Absolutely terrible. It felt rushed and I felt like I wasn't listened to. The lady who cut my hair was very rough with it, as well as constantly pushed my head in multiple directions that made me uncomfortable. Plus, my hair is shorter than what I wanted. I don't plan on coming back ever again.

I have been a customer at this location for years. Today I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I had my 5 year old son with me today and only wanted the sides and back trimmed. I was charged the full $14 for a kids hair cut. I don't think I should have been charged this much for a simple trimming.

I had a horrible experience here, I went here before I had an interview for a haircut, first off the lady who manhandled my scalp butchered my hair and the whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish, half the time I felt I was getting scalped and the other half I felt like she was cutting my hair with a weed whacker.and honestly had she used a weed whacker I feel my haircut still would have turned out better.these people that work here, they would be excellent butchers or metal workers, but they should stay far away from peoples hair, especially with scissors. I'm lucky they didn't cut my ear off.

My husband loves this place so we took our 10 year old for an haircut and he loved it as well. Nicole is awesome!

One of the worst customer service in comparison to other great clips location I had in my life time. The service is not only bad they are very rude in handling customer. It may be isolated to the person served me but at least her service going to force me not visit this store location again in lifetime.

My brother went here for a haircut and the customer service was terrible. The person cutting the hair was so rude to him and was telling him what to do and even after he gave her a generous tip she was still upset. Never going here again.

I got my hair cut to my shoulders, the cut was nice.my issue was when she flat ironed my hair I noticed that the woman never used any HEAT PROTECTANT. I could smell my freshly cut hair burning and I was dying inside. Also she held the iron so close to my scalp that 50% of the time it was burning me and I felt so uncomfortable. Then, after my hair was all straightened, this woman went through my ends and LITERALLY held the iron clamped down on my ends not moving for about 5 seconds each. I was shocked. I cut my hair to have a fresh start with healthy hair and healthy ends and I had to go somewhere else to get another 1.5 inches cut off to help with the damage I received. I got home and my boyfriend immediately pointed out the burnt smell. The ONLY reason I'm even giving 2 stars is bc the cut was good. I don't know how anyone that has hair training can be so irresponsible with heat on hair. My hair smelled burnt even AFTER I showered. Very disappointed

First time, even from the Army boot camp, that my hair was messed up from here, a but painful as well. People here are better off at dog grooming at local dog shelter.

Very warm and welcome greetings when first walking in, nothing but smiling faces. Was lucky to have Monir as my stylist, very professional and kind. Had a great conversation while she was cutting my hair, but her after cut shampoo blew my mind away, it was like a professional massage and shampoo combined! Definitely recommend her for anyone that goes to this location, ask for her next time!

Took my father here for a haircut and was very unhappy with the way the lady proceeded and completed the haircut. She didn’t look like she neither had the skill not interest in what she is doing. She was in a rush to complete the job when she was not even half way. She didn’t even here what we wanted and she rushed into it and made a mess of a hair cut. We finally had to give her some instructions to get it to a decent shape.

When people don’t have the skill nor the interest, they should not be doing these jobs.

I will not be going back to this place.

For the most part, they give you a great haircut. I have not had a problem with this location. However, in another location, they nearly shaved me bald. Just make sure you are VERY specific.
