Great Clips, Wylie TX

I am never going back here again. The lady cut my hair too short, it looks horrible. I said past my shoulders and she cut it too short.

Not going back. Warning, there is chaos before the this location opens in the morning. The online reservation system does not allow check in before the store opens. Therefore, there are multiple lines that form. One in the parking lot, one at the door, one in the lobby and one online. I didn't need this chaos, so I turned around and left. I would suggest to their local, regional and corporate management to open the reservation system 1 hour before all stores open. I may go back to Great Clips, as I have been a customer for 20 plus years. But I will drive out of my way to avoid this location, as they have lost my business.

I did not get what I asked for. I asked for shoulder length cut with minimal to no layering. She layered it VERY short and one side is very choppy and much shorter than the other. I have very thin hair and at the end of the haircut realized she was trying to thin my hair out. It looks so bad that I cannot wear my hair down and she cut it so short that I can barely get it up into a ponytail. I had been growing my hair out of over a year to even out my length and she completely ruined it. I will never cheap out on a haircut again.

I usually use a different place but they seem to be COVID obsessed. I went here got excellent service. They followed every precaution, gave me truly a "Great Clip", were friendly, and very timely. Great job. Thank you.

They do not obey the Covid safety rules. My hairdresser, Cynthia, was speaking with her colleagues with her nose-open face cover and sometimes taking the cover off.

It had been 3 months and in less than 30 mins I felt like a new person! I would Recommend this place.

They badger you for your phone number. Then are rude when you dont want to share it. It's a hair cut, you dont need my phone number!

Cynthia is the only reason I’ve been coming here and returning back for my tirms and haircuts for almost a year now. She’s awesome, friendly, and always cuts exactly how I show her or ask her too. If she’s here I’ll stay a customer. It’s all about how the staff treats their customers.

Came in as a walk-in customer. Sat me immediately. Very fast haircut, gave me exactly what I wanted at a very fair price.

Horrible decision to come here! They do not know how to cut a proper taper fade on the side! And left a spot of hair uncut!

The quality of the haircut was outstanding! They made sure K was comfortable and did exactly as I had requested, the shop is also a very nice addition with multiple high quality hair products.

Cynthia and Tony are really friendly to chat with while they chop away at my overgrown head bush. Tony has some good stories if you ask him.

This is the 3rd time we have revived horrible hair cuts from the Wylie, TX great clips location. Our recent visit was Dec 19 so my boys would look nice for Christmas, my 7year olds hair is completely crooked in the front and chopped up on top. My 4 year olds hair is so chopped that it looks like
Someone just walked up and whacked his hair. We will not be returning to this location and especially the two women who were working this day. They are the same ones who messed up their hair last time.
