Everyone is great at the Great Clips on 43rd. I can sit my son with anyone and his haircut comes out the best.

I'll put it simply. When I want a haircut done right. Great Clips is the place I enjoy going to.
They know how I like it.

Kee was AWESOME! She made my hair look amazing for an upcoming wedding. I love the prices because they allow me to give the technicians and stylists a tip they deserve.

The prices are too high for a zero haircut, I believe that the prices for haircut should depend on the type of haircuts, it only takes about less than 15 minutes for a zero haircut, now for any other styles it takes longer than 15 minutes. How can I pay $25 dollars for a zero haircut, please give me your opinion on this. I may have mistakenly thought that this location charge $25 for haircut now I have found the correct amount for all Haircuts and the price is affordable and reasonable. Please forgive my feedback on the early post. I will be getting a haircut at this location soon, I made a serious mistake.

Awful customer service. The lady yelled at me and asked me to go somewhere else when I refused to give them my phone number. I do not have to give my number to get a haircut. Luckily another lady there took me in and she just wrote a fake number plus "walk-in"; seriously. STOP collecting information from customers. And STOP getting so upset when customers don't use your online sign in system. It's a haircut, not a stock market transaction.

Ive had better experience than this toaday don’t recommend Ashley at all! Seemed like she jus wanted to go thru my haurcut had to tell her twice how i wanted my cut even tho i has already explained it to her once! Didnt like my hair at all!

I've been coming here for years. I used to live in the neighborhood, but now I live across town, yet still drive over to get my haircut. Cynthia is the BOMB! She does the best fade!

I was extremely hesitant to go here for a hair cut but it turned out great! For the record though I got a very easy haircut

It's been a quick turnaround each time I've gone. Cuts are not great but are ok, as expected for the price.

Really good for only 14$ with breastlong hair, just walked in, waited 5 minutes and have been served. Unfortunately my stylist didn't check my part before cutting so the symmetry is not exact but still looks good.

This was the first time in a long time I have had my haircut. My hair was very long for me and I was a little unsure of cutting it at all. The 2 women working this morning made me feel so at ease down to even giving very helpful advice and suggestion. I can truley say I will be going back for sure thank you for the wonderful haircut.

I was seated right away, but now I know to check-in prior on their website. I went early in the morning, so no wait. My hair was cut 2 inches as I requested, only took a few minutes. Staff was mostly chatty with one another, but that's fine. Nothing horrible happened and I went in with my hair wet. For no thrills and no attempts at upsales, I really can't complain.

They do a really good job for men's haircut. Very affordable. I used to go to much more expensive salons and got worse results.

She was so polite, blow dried and gave me some tips on putting volume in a style, I noticed you can make appointment on line.

Very satisfied with son's haircut. Checked in online and service was fast. Son loves getting his lollipop treat after! They have toys for kids and reading materials for adults.

Staff is always attentive and very polite and nice! I always use the Great Clips app to check in and I'm always in and out of the place within 20 minutes.

You definitely want to look around. These guys will mess your hair up and then don't have an attitude afterwards very unfortunate.

This is about the 4th time I've been there and I'm not happy. They left my hair uneven in spots and bushy around my ears and in the back of my head. I shouldn't have to point these basic things out to them. I didn't notice it until i was home. I always leave a tip even if it's not the best cut. I'm just going to pay more to get a good hair cut.
