I told them to cut a little off the top and they just go right ahead to cut most of the things and now it looks like I have a buzz cut

Very understaffed, extremely long wait times. I got a horrible headache waiting 45 minutes with concrete demo work going on next door. Not fun.

Great staff with a warm, family - feel type environment. Can trust anyone of the girls to give a quality cut. Love the option of online check in.

This is the 2nd time I saw Alicia. She’s the absolute best! She amazes me with how fast and well she cuts my hair. I didn’t have to wait at all to see her. I will be seeing her every time from now on. My hair looks fabulous!

Today Jaquia cuz my curly unruly hair and did an absolutely amazing job! I haven’t had a cut in YEARS. I was so scared to get it butchered! But J did phenomenal! Absolutely recommend!

Ignored when we walked in and they took others who were in line after us (yes, we checked in ahead of time). We were the only ones left and there was only one person getting a cut. The stylists had gone to the back. I got tired of waiting and left. This was the 2nd time that happened to me. Not bringing my family here again.

Went there for a repair of a repair. Lol They did a great job. Even went back to clean up neck and ears after two weeks and they were happy to accommodate for about 6 bucks.

Was able to get a good haircut at a reasonably good price. The employees were friendly and the place was clean & not too busy.

Great experience! My stylist remembered who I was and I always enjoy friendly banter while getting my haircut. I left with my hair like "Tom Cruise, not Adam Sandler". It feels good when you get the right haircut. Easy choice over the competition.

Cut took less than 10 minutes. Told them I wanted to pay 5 in cash and 12 on card. They charged my card 17 dollars and the stylist put the 5 dollars in her pocket. I will not be going back.

I if there was a star on the stylist I would have given everyone a 5 star rating but due to one stylist it's a 3. I went to get my 2 kids a haircut and the other to a trim. Amber and Nicole did a fantastic job with my two boys hair cuts and Carmen did great on the trim she gave my little girl didn't take to much off and it was even. But myself and my other daughter got b a trim from Hayley and I do not like it for one there r uneven parts and parts that was mist and second I just wanted a trim for us. Just an inch of my daughter's hair and 3 inches off mine and that's not wat we got it was more like 3 inches off of my daughter's hair and 5 off of mine she took to much off. With that being said if I do go back I won't be using Hayley at all.

They got rid of hayley and Maria but kept the crackpot Nicole who has butchered many heads I’ve been a first hand witness to several reasons Nicole and Heather should be gone on several occasions I will not be returning

Been taking my kids to this location for a few years now. They're always patient and kind. They're great for a child's first haircut!
