Great Clips, San Antonio TX

I love that I'm able to put myself on a wait list. I waited a little bit for a preferred stylist. Worth the wait! Jazz does a great haircut! This location will be my go to place!

We came here about a month back with my kids. The staff was kind and accommodating with them and the kids had a good experience. Unfortunately we had to return the next day to fix wonky hair cuts which the staff immediately recognized and were happy to fix- I’m grateful for that. Now the long unkempt pieces aren’t as noticeable but I would still argue that neither of them got a good hair cut, even after the fixes. Hers has chunky spots that don’t blend into the rest of the hair in the back, he has a blunt cut on his forehead that reminds me of Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber (although it’s not THAT awful). Kind people work here, but I won’t be returning to this location.

Said 2 minutes on my phone to be seen and waited 25 minutes even though 1 worker was free. Seen me waiting a day went to the back. Now there's a backup! Worse one I've ever been to. I.definitely don't recommend.

I like the service I get there all the time. It’s the only place I go, I really like the online check-in. Catalina is the only person that cuts my son’s hair, she is absolutely the best. My boy looks forward to getting his haircut every 2 weeks. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Horrible waitress she never brought out the biscuits, never refilled beverages or brought the lemon I asked for and literally had to remind her of the food that should have been brought out.

Horrible three people working 5 waiting.one girl did 2 haircuts to the othere 2 girls cause one descided when there was a wait it was time to clean the trash can area and the other stood talking to client more than cutting. Not the time to try and get a date hurry up.

We were very pleased with our food and customer service. My husband had the Grilled Salmon Plate, it was grilled to his liking and had a great tasting sauce on top. The photo attached is just the salad that came with the salmon. I enjoyed one of the lunch specials El Carbon Plate, it was a smaller portion but enough to fill me up. One of the managers Jose Rico Hernandez
came out and greeted us and asked if everything was to our liking. We had a good conversation and he shared with us about how everything is made from scratch. He also shared some of the history of the restaurant. Thank you, we enjoyed the good food and great customer service!

The only great clips I'd recommend. Noeli listened to my requests and cut my son's hair the way I actually wanted, unlike everywhere else! All the staff where super friendly as well

Always takes longer than expected from estimated wait time I was next. On my lunch break and she just walked away. I walked out

Been going for years.most recent experience was bad enough to refrain from ever returning. Was not addressed when I arrived after checking in online. 2 more customers were checked in promptly upon arriving, I was overlooked. Stylist was rushing the haircut to the point that she hit me on the cheekbone with the blow-dryer. Overall worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend, management needs to re-haul the overall establishment.

They can't cut hair to save their life and on top of that they don't clean their equipments

Sidni was amazing and pleasant personality. She pays attention to detail. Next time I go in looking for her.

A skinny older woman cut my hair and was very rude. She began cutting my hair while I was explaining what I wanted. I ended up needing to get a 1 all over because of how bad it looked. Her hands were rough and painful. She did not bother to clean her tools or my face off afterwards either. Very disappointing.

Its been a coin flip on getting what I want, but I've had better experiences recently when visiting.
