Usually get Luze I think it’s pronounced and she’s great. Got someone new I’ve never seen before but let me tell you I got the worst haircut of my life from this woman. A low fade is what I usually get and she went straight for the highest high and tight I’ve ever had in life. Needless to say the side where I comb and part my hair is completely gone and the back of hair is so messed up it’s not even funny. They couldn’t even fix it that’s how bad it was. I got laughed at right off the bat returning to work. I should have stopped the lady right off the bat when she zipped right up.

Valeria did a great job cutting and shampooing my hair. I did a line up and taper. I recommend this stylist for military and dependents.

Had 3 haircuts by 3 different people. My oldest daughters hair is not even. The other two you can't even tell anything was done. None of them were very friendly. Younger man cutting hair in the back was the friendliest staff member. Kept chatting with my 2 yr old and he didn't even cut my kiddos hair.

Pretty sure the lady that did my hair did not have any qualifications. Butchered a mid fade on a military base.

Just was there came out with very bad experience, I believe there is only one man works there he has ponytail which does not have work experience and plus does not know how treat his customer, he could not hold a trimmer he does not know how to cut someone hair, I went there with happiness came out with sadness face he cut my hair like some one trim a sheep or goat, please never let him to serve you, otherwise you will hide your hair with hat, i hope his manager take care of these serious issues, I am 100 % regretting to be there will never ever go there, they are making you to feel like the are making fun of someone

Definitely ask for Erica! She saved the day after a hack job of a haircut my toddler got a week prior. We let it grow out for a week to see if it would ever get better but it was constant bed head. One other employee said we had to let it continue to grow out but Erica was able to fix the awful haircut. I will only ask for her from now on.

Horrible! Husband wanted a med skin fade and ended up with a f'd up fade. We had to go get it fixed at the barbers further down the crossing. Even they were surprised he had to pay great clips.
The haircut was WAY to high. The lady could not even fade the hair correctly. Some spots looked more bald than the others. I really can't describe how bad it was.
The "manager" defended the stylist when he told them she cut to high. It was a hot mess. Wouldn't recommend unless you want your whole company to clown on you. I think even stevie wonder's could've done a better job.

** The picture was taken mid hair cut but (Jesus take wheel) you could already tell this wasn't going to be a "medium skin fade" and it would end up as a train wreck.

Just got the worst hair cut I've ever received. Asked the lady for a medium skin fade and got a barely blended fade on the sides and a full high and tight in the back that's not even lined up straight. Thanks

This is normally the place I go to get a haircut, due to the friendly staff and quick service. It was a busy day, and I had checked myself and son in for a haircut. Waited two hours to see that they had been checking in other customers before us, even though we had a reserved slot. I informed one of the staff to see if maybe we could get front loaded due to our wait time, and she didn’t give me the time of day. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend this location.

Today I was taking care of by Chino at the Freedom Crossing location and he did a really awesome job. I went to go get my hair fixed from a previous haircut from a different hair salon where they didn't do a good job. I told Chino what had happened and he listened to me very attentively and was able to fix my hair with very little length taken off which was my primary concern.

Since they took down my last review. Dont come here if you're looking for a good haircut. The ladies working there will do the opposite of what you ask for and dont even attempt to fix the mistake when you point it out.

Got my haircut by Crystal (I don’t know if it’s a C or a K) but it was a mid fade and hard part, I showed her a picture and she cut it very well. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend Crystal!

Went in and asked for a simple haircut, the same haircut that I've been getting every two weeks for the past twelve years. It was a medium sking tight fade with a 1 on top. This was the first time I was told the fade didn't look right because my hair is dark. The first time a barber rubbed a friction point into the side of my head. Also the first time the barber asked me me how I wanted them to do a fade (i have nonclue how to cut hair) when I pointed out that I wanted to look like a fade. The only saving grace was that when the barber didn't know how to fix it she asked someone else who came and salvaged the haircut. Unfortunately she wasn't magic and couldn't undo the red spot the first barber rubbed into my head. I should've just went to the the normal Exchange barbershop.

It's usually pretty busy, but they almost always do a great job with my sons haircuts

Decent hair cut place, got told they were short staff and could not "style" my hair. I asked for it to be blowed dried (I got a simplified shampoo). They charged me for full shampoo cut and style. I should of not been charged when you said you couldn't do it. Also the staff was sitting in the "lobby" waiting on clients.how did they "not have time"?

Did a terrible job. The lady just started chopping off my hair and she didn’t listen to any of my request. Now I have to get it fixed. Not coming here again.

Signed up for phone notification for an original 39 min wait time. 1-hour passes and I'm 5th in line, went to the PX and never received a notification. After another hour I returned to find out I'd been skipped. They asked if I would like to be added again but I'd be at the end of the list. I was told, "the system failed to let you know". It was annoying wasting all that time there just to be told basically that it's too bad.
