Great Clips, Carrollton TX

I just asked for a simple half inch trim as I am growing my hair out. Just scissors no razor. The barber then proceeded to shave off 2 inches of hair and style it completely differently than what I asked. Well. I guess I'm not growing my hair out anymore because MY BARBER DECIDED FOR ME. Just complete disregard for the customer and carelessness in the job. Not coming back to this location.

I've been taking my son here for awhile now and they do good job. This place is always busy. It's best to download the app and check in online. It will then alert you when to start heading over. I did notice they raised the prices for haircuts since the last time we were there by $2 so it's now $18 for an adult cut (over 10 yrs).

The girl with the purple hair is great. I forget her name but she gives the best cuts to my son and I’m very picky with who does his hair. She’s awesome with kids and super nice and patient.

I went for my son's haircut today, he is been getting his hair cut in the same location from sometime now. There was a new lady and she did very bad job. Person with no experience and training can do better than that, I am very disappointed. I may go to this location but only if we can choose not to get hair done by her. She was in rush even though there was no customer waiting, it took her hardly 5 minutes. And wow cherry on the cake, she charged regular adult price for 10 years old and when I told her, she said it is already been charged. I do not recommend this place.

I got my haircut at another Great Clips yesterday and they did a horrible job. I called this one and explained my situation and they welcomed me in for one of their stylist to fix it. I checked in online and when I got there I was in a chair in less than 3 minutes. Chong did a beautiful job fixing my hair and making it look great again. So thankful for her skills and for being able to fix the mess of the other stylist. I will be going to this location and asking for Chong from now on.

Horrible! My haircut is WAY shorter than what I specifically asked for and repeatedly told her! I asked for medium length slightly past my shoulders and she did above my shoulders with layers that I didn't want in the first place!

If you check in with their app it will text you 15 minutes before it's your turn. Good prices clean and friendly atmosphere

This location is worst! They don't care about the customer, they just need money, the guy over there ruined by haircut! Never ever going to this location again!

Trust Robin, the best barber in town and she understands your hair style and does the job perfect.

Katy is the best! My son is on the Autism Spectrum which makes the hair cutting process very difficult. This is our 2nd time to get Katy. We are so fortunate to have received services from her. She’s a quite the gem! Katy is kind, empathetic, sweet, and charismatic! Thank you Katy. The other lady working with her this evening was also very sweet and understanding!

I've been coming here for 3 years and I'd like to say that this location has improved so much. I've gotten fades in town ranging from 25 to 40 dollars and lately it has gotten to the point where the $16 dollar one is just as good. I hope the stylist don't leave to keep the quality that's there now

Great Customer Service. Always a great cut at a great price. They remember returning customers.

I went to this location about 20 minutes ago and I asked the lady for a normal fade that blends, and insteac she gave me a takuache Cut which I never asked for. She's lucky I paid for the cut, but overall poor quality.

Overall good experience. Been going to different Great Clips for the past 7 yrs and I have never stuck with a stylist until this one. Super detailed and always has a good attitude. The Great Clips app comes in handy the only thing is you can’t request a stylist and it doesn’t show who’s working on that day so I usually have to call before.

Magical haircut here. Great attention to the perfect #2 buzzcut, the trim, the line, then go back and catch a lil uneven up top. Almost caught a light nap it felt so good. The location at parker&independence in plano could learn a few things from these ladies.
