So I’ve been coming here for about six years now. I’ve seen quite a few hair stylist come and go. I’ve had some that I liked, but by far Avery is the most knowledgeable, confident, reassuring, understanding, and educational hairstylist I’ve ever had to cut my hair. It was crazy It was like Avery already knew what I wanted to ask but wasn’t quite sure how to ask. From the weight in my hair, to the lack of blending I have received for so many years. I had come to believe that my hair was just difficult and I would always have this heavy kind of uneven blend to my hair. And I kid you not this guy literally made it look like I had a different head of hair. He took his time, he explained himself, he even gave me a small education on how to style my hair, and how to explain what I want it if he wasn’t there. When I tell you by far the best stylist this location has had, he’s really good! I am confident with my haircut. I haves receive quite a few complements which I have never had someone tell me my hair looks good. I don’t know where this dude came from, but I tell you this he should be teaching or educating styles and technique. I hope to have many more haircuts from this guy, I hope that he stays at the store because my family and I will definitely stop in to see him and I recommend anyone who is having difficulties with their hair to go in and let him Mesmerize you with his talents. Did I mention that he has a dynamite spirit, super thankful for this guy!

Went in for a haircut at the Friendswood location and had the pleasure of being assigned to Avery. He knocked it out of the park for me! Very personable and his attention to detail was amazing! He provided great counsel on my haircut and I never had to ask for any attention to anything in particular as he did it without asking! GREAT JOB, Avery!

My son and I get haircuts here. They do a great job everytime. They will rinse my hair off after my haircut if I ask them too. Very nice service.

I went to go get a haircut and I asked for curtain bangs. The lady there cut the bangs super uneven and when I got home and realized I bursted into tears.usually when people mess up on my food order or clothing or overcharging me I don’t have a strong reaction. But when it comes to my hair, I am a mixture of furious and sadness because the first thing people see when they see me is not only my smile but my hair. I’m so dissatisfied and upset. PLEASE do not go here.

Did an excellent job cutting my husband's hair! It was a little short for me but then it grew in so nice and even! Great work for 15 minutes!

This is my place to go for a hair cut for over a year, put my name on the online wait list. Went in saw my name on the list and had a seat. Watched my name move up the list and then it disappeared. I asked where my name went and they couldn't tell me they acted like I was crazy, they assured me it wasn't on there. I had to show them my confirmation text for them to acknowledge i was telling the truth. Then she said she would have put me back on the list. It was crowded and the wait was 59 minutes. I politely said if i was going to wait again it would be across the street at super clips! So, that's what i did. Won't be back!

I always get treated right there no matter who cuts my hair, but I particularly like the lady on the right in the first chair. She does a great job.

The problem here is that there are different stylists here each time you visit. If you like someone, consider it one and done

Response to the "owner's" response. What are you going to do? Stop your stylists from leaving after being there a short time? Chain them? Lol. When you finally get a good one they go to a higher earning shop.
