We took our son there to get his first haircut and they did so good it was very quick the woman was very nice and they all were very friendly and talkative.
Paid for a messed up haircut, the man doesn’t know how to cut hair. Messed up my fade, cut way to much of my top hair and messed up the cut on my beard!

Staff here were amazing. I had went to another great clips where they messed my hair up bad. I came to this one cause I had no where else to go to get it fixed. The wait was 45 minutes but the ladies in there had you laughing so you never even realized how long you had waited. Great experience and they were able to fix my hair too.

Today I checked in at 1740hrs
I arrived at 1720hrs I was meet at the door i was told that sorry but they close at
1800hes I said I checked in on line about 40mints prior on line…
She said that the system erases every one off the online list one hour prior. So does the business close at
1800hrs or does it close at 1700hrs or does it close at 1720hrs? !? ALWAYS HAD SUPER SERVICE AT THE BELLMEAD LOCATION AND THE STAFF IS ALWAS SUPER

My 3 kids and I happened to walk in 6 minutes BEFORE closing, and were told
only, "We're about to close. " No typical greeting, no asking who needed haircuts- not all of us did; it's just that the kids happened to be with me. Our schedule has been hectic, with a family a member in the hospital, and I really need a haircut. I get it that a place is about to close, but every quality establishment I've ever visited was professional enough to provide the service they claim to provide, if I arrived while they were OPEN. This place was OPEN- the door was OPEN. While I could have persisted a bit, I realized that my business was not as important to them as getting closed, and therefore understood that the quality of haircut probably would not be important either. Normally I give a "1" for an experience like this, but because of previous quality experienced at this location it's a "2. "

There was a 25 minute wait. Which is fine. You can go online and sign in to get your place in line. I didn't do that. The beautician was really great and did a good job with my hair. Had 6 inches cut and she seemed knowledgeable about naturally curly hair. Which is a plus. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would recommend you try it out.
Me and my family used this place for many years, I myself have been coming here for over 10 years, but as of Saturday me and my family will NEVER be coming back. Some of the employees are good but the rest are unprofessional. I talked to the owner and got no where with him, just keep you're opinions to you're self but don't tell me about what my son might need for medical, unless you're a doctor, and last I checked great clips is a hair cut place not a doctors office.
