This is a great location that is Fast and friendly! You can get a great haircut for a reasonable price! Great place!

I took my 91 year old mom to get a haircut and blow dry in preparation for several visitors coming from out of state to visit her. It is not an easy task to get a 91 year old to a salon. Apparently, you cannot get your hair blown dry if there are only two stylists in the salon. Even if it is on their menu, and they charge for it, they will not do it. In order to get your hair blown dry, you need to call ahead to see how many stylists are in the lobby and then make an appointment for the very last hour of the day. I'm unsure as to why the extra things besides a haircut are on the menu of items offered but they will not accommodate you. Requested 2 inches off, they took one inch off, when I commented the stylist shrugged her shoulders. Would recommend going to any other salon besides this one. We will not be utilizing this salon in the future. Very sad. Hate for anyone else to be disappointed.

We love great clips and this location! We visit at least once per month and always leave happy!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They give their professional opinion on how to take care of my hair. I have taken their advice and my hair has never been healthier or cut so well.

Unfortunately I was informed today from one of the hairdressers that I have to call as well as sign in early if I want just a shampoo and slight blow dry due to not enough hairdressers on the floor. If only two hairdressers are on the floor then they don’t have time to do my shampoo. I am paying for a service regardless of how many are on your floor. I have been coming to this location for quite a while but after today I will find another Salon.

The stylist doing my sons hair had cut her finger on the client before my son, it was obvious she wasn’t okay.she took my son to her chair anyways and kept stopping and even once stopped and disappeared to the back for 5min and then came back started cutting again. About a min later she rudely told me to sit down in the waiting area instead of (out of the way) near my son. She then turned around to her co worker and said “I can’t finish this I need to go” and walked out. I totally understand people get hurt and things happen but she shouldn’t have taken my son in the first place or Rudely demand I leave my son while she informed her co worker she had to leave. The lady who took over the haircut was amazing and did a great job. As we were leaving the original stylist walked back in with a milkshake and was texting like nothing happened. All around a bizarre unsettling experience.

Timothy did a great job styling my hair for a friends’ wedding in Dripping Springs. Most of their services are walk-in, but recommend calling ahead for blow-outs. Everyone at the store was very nice and helpful!

Professional staff of experienced stylists who go out of their way to accommodate every client. Alicia is my go-to and I'm willing to wait extra for her. Give this place a shot as they are unlike any other Quick Cut joint out there. I've tried them all. Be sure to sign in on their app or website.

Great place to get a hair cut. They are nice and always get my hair just the way I like it even when I let it get longer then it should. They fix me up right away and know exactly what I want done when I arrive its a great place.

I understand speed of service, and the business model to keep price down and make it up in quantity, but I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail. Maybe the use of additional clipper guards for a better fade. I have been going to local barber shops for the last 10 years, Great Clips will never reach that quality, but with the economy the way it is and at $19 plus tip I would have appreciated an extra few minutes and detail. Great Clipe have gone from $8, $10, $12, $16 to $19. My barber has gone up but not as much and so often. It's a fine line. I would encourage the business owners to look at business like Chipotle who have started to price themselves out of customers.

Working from home post COVID Great Clips is great, but if I was going to the office or a Party, I'm still going to me Barber.

Today I went here to get my son and a haircut. I was told there will be a 3 hour wait and that I will need to sign up for the list I signed up for the list and they told me that I received a text whenever it was my turn and line. I left the store and went and ran some errands after 3 and a hours I returned to see where his place was in line because I haven't received a text. When I got there I didn't see my son's name on the list and ask what happened they said that it must have reset it because we wasn't there for his spot. I said I'd never received a text. At that time the woman looked up my son's name and added him to the list and right then we received a text I told them that we received a text this time and showed them that there was no other texts from them. They still blamed me even though they didn't properly sign me up last time and they wouldn't let my son skip the last even though he'd been waiting 3 plus hours. I'll never come here again.

Letti cuts my hair and she's fabulous! Always cheerful and talkative. I'll go anywhere she goes from here on out.

Let me just get a hair cut… why do I need a smart phone and an app? What happened to making an old fashioned reservation for a specific time.why do I need to be put on a wait list for 2 hours? … just go somewhere else, makes life easier
