4I’ll never come by I was sitting waiting on a haircut and two came in after me just cause they checked in online I have to wait longer no that’s wrong. So I left I got told have a nice day.
There was a little bit of a wait but wasn't to bad. I would definitely advise to check in online before you head up there for sure.
The stylist was friendly and knowledgeable. I like the cut and style. Plan to return.
We went to get our son’s first haircut and he was already nervous as he’s 2.5; well the guys said “Sure! ” When I asked if I could sit with him, so I did but he kept crying and not wanting to sit so my husband came and sat with him. Then after two minutes or so the interim manager came and said that we can’t sit with him bc if he were to move and cut my husband than it would be on them. Then my husband asked well what if he cuts himself when he moves? Is it on him? The lady said it’s a rule that they can’t allow us to sit with him. We were very frustrated to say the least and left without a haircut for him. Will never be going back here. Ever. If you can’t do anything to make a child feel safe and comfortable, we want nothing of it.
