This is a terrible establishment. Everyone has an attitude problem and act like its an inconvenience to do their job. Manager included. They very visibly get frustrated and annoyed working on children and ruined my sons hair for the second time. They have no concept of what customer service is or the temperment to work on the public. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awesome place to get a cut! I have used Jolly for a couple of years now. I love how professional & personable she is! Management has changed often but have really turned it around big time. Definitely worth a visit!
I most likely just had my last haircut from Great Clips. It wasn't so Great. As a matter of fact it was on the other end of the spectrum. For some reason, I come in with an obvious part and the technician feels compelled to part it lower and then cut it to meet her part. Now I have a clump of hair just below my normal part. And you can't tell them it's not right. They have the scissors and they control your hair look for the next few weeks. It's just best to find someone that is a little more observant and cares more.
Michael took care of me, cut exactly what I asked for after many attempts at other stores to get it right. Will go back.
Clippers were pulling my hair, no regard to clean them I believe. To much in hurry to make the buck, need more friendly people
The lady cutting my hair Debbie was very nice, but she did a horrible job with my hair. I told her not to cut the top short, but she ignored me because she claimed I would “look nice” if it was shorter. She ignored everything I asked and ended up completely ruining my hair.
