Great Clips, San Antonio TX

I really love the best western hotel on Roland five Stars from me got to like polite guy at the front desk five Stars for him as well

Samantha at great clips where I go is awesome and The other employees are okay Nice respectful.

Second time here and it was a nice visit. Place was fast and clean and the employees were nice and professional

Even though I was a walk-in I was seen within less than 30 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and kind and the hairstyle is cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I have found a new place to have my haircut.

Ladies did a fabulous job! We were in and out within 30mins for both kiddos.:)

I checked-in online and immediately got in when I arrived 5 minutes later. I thought that my haircut was good but after just 2 weeks I feel like my hair is too long.

Sorry, three star drop, I've been a customer for years, ever since they introduced the online sign in app, it's been problems. Just recently I signed in online, wait time was 47 minutes and I was fine with it but, then I receive a text message and call and that person tells me there's no wait time at all. When I get there, ever work station was full and there's a wait time now. Why call me in then?

Overall I am giving this store a 2 not bec of the actual haircut but the customer services Christina knows how to cut hair for sure. But she really needs an additude adjustment and to learn not to argue with customers, and what she's used to is not what is always what's being cuts. Overall I'd suggest just customer service training.

I am a great clips guy for 18 years now. My son has been going to the Kyle location all his life. Now this is my new spot. The haircuts are always great here. Does not even matter who is cutting

I had decided to get a professional haircut done as since Covid-19 I had done my own haircuts albeit they were uneven. I went to this Great Clips location and my barber/stylist, Michael did a very wonderful and sublime job of cutting my hair as I had wanted to look more presentable/professional since I do flex security guard work. I feel much better since getting my hair cut. Thanks a bunch.

Very quick. Very efficient using the online check in. I have hair that's about 3ft long (yes, really) and came in for layers which can be very difficult. Was in and out in about 20 mins with a very nice looking cut after. Wish I remembered the female hairdressers name!

Great staff, always friendly …. My son has a problem with loud noises (clippers, blow dryer) and they were great at making him feel comfortable.

Jordan was excellent! She took her time listening to my needs and gave me the cut I wanted! Will be returning!

Just got back from great clips on soutcross, SAM, best hair dresser at that location. Always make me look my best and she is always in a great and happy mood. Thanks SAM.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for years! Brittney has been my go to, but everyone is so friendly and helpful. I checked in online and the wait was about 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend
