Great Clips, Mansfield TX

I finally had to change my 5 star review today. Glad my hair grows back for an old guy. After 10 or 12 years I have to find a place where more than one girl (Kelly) can use scissors. I usually call ahead to be sure she's there but really.should that be a requirement for me? Maybe so. The girl today was nice though.

I had a terrible experience here at Mansfield location. The stylist was so rude with terrible attitude. When i mentioned to her she doesn’t have to be rude and can say nicely, she bowed and scoffed ‘ is this enough’? ! Shocked to see the smirk on her face after! Is this how you treat your customers? Not good for your business to hire someone with such behavior. I could see other stylists being friendly and nice with their customers. I got the rude one! So disappointed. Not coming again!

Great experience, but found our today they have taken away their military and first responder discounts so this may have been my last visit which is unfortunate to say as they do give a great cut.

Not been in years to this place but have been going regularly now. Kerry has been cutting my hair there for almost a year and does a fantastic job every single time. It's stylist like herself that keeps me going to this business. She's very curtious and professional.

Went to this location for the first time, (my beautiful hair was down my lower back) I asked for a TRIM & specified i wanted to keep it long. This woman literally chopped my hair up to my shoulders! When I asked why, she gave me an attitude & says " a trim would have done nothing for you" omg. I was so angry, who does she think she is. I was in shock.

Kelly is an awesome stylist! I’m so thankful that I get to have her cut my hair each time I visit this Great Clips location!

A major concern is the lack of seeing any disinfectant or cleaning of tools between customers. What procedures should we expect to see before a haircut session?

Stylist decided to cut our son’s hair extremely short after he told her about his plans to braid it. She cut a good 4 inches off when all we wanted was the sides trimmed up.

She was unapologetic about the haircut.

Avoid this place at all cost.

First red flag started when we came in. She asked me if I have been there before and if I live in Mansfield I said yeeah right behind and told her my zip code she goes off saying I said yes. Then I give her a reference picture of kind of what I wanted; I know these people are not barbers but just to get similar to what I want she started freaking out. Then I asked her to only cut off 1 inch on top she cut 3 and now my hair looks terrible. Have to go get it fixed. Please steer clear of this place.

Worst place ever. The hairdresser did the most terrible hair cut that I could image. She messed up my wife’s $150 salon work by cutting her curly hair in half in her FIRST CUT. Would not recommend at all.

Checked in online, app tracked Est time, walked in (#1 on list). In chair in a few minutes. Stylist notes let them know what I usually want, they confirmed. Great cut & on my way. Thanks Kelly

Really rude lady, addressed me as as the opposite gender and started laughing while talking in a different language with her colleagues. Didn’t clean me either so I had clumps of hair everywhere on my neck. Half of the time I couldn’t even understand her due to her thick accent and she would not repeat herself making it awkward. She didn't give me the haircut I wanted either. Save yourself and just don’t go here, never had a positive experience here.
