I just had the best haircut in my life! I think her name was Janice. Friendly, explained what she thinks I needed done and listened to what I wanted!

Great people and great haircuts. Scheduled online around noon, and I was in and out with plenty of time to enjoy lunch before going back to work.

Good haircut and service while you are in the chair, but always long waits and very few stylists working most of the time. Need to get
more staff.

Janet is the go to clipper! She listens & fulfills one’s wants for hair. She is very pleasant.

Good haircut, good value, the app booked my appointment for 6pm (apparently when they close). I followed the online prompts to come in and got grief for coming in at 6pm. The app should reflect the work hours.

Once I got in and explained, providing proof from the app prompts I got my haircut and was treated fairly.

The “check In online” service hurt’s customer who show up in person for a hair cut. A 15 minute wait shouldn’t magically turn into a 2hour wait just because someone else who isn’t even there decided to book an appointment online. Awful way to serve customers that are already in the store waiting for service. Never coming back. Shame on great clips for this bad service.

I came here for second time for my haircut as my husband always comes here to have a haircut with Diana, I came to know she left the salon. I was attended by the other new stylist. She is so rude and unprofessional. I am not going back again. I did not mind that she did not trim my hair to my expectations but the good customer service matters much. I am writing a review so that in future any other customer should not be treated like that.

Update: I came again with my husband. This time service was good and I like the haircut. Will be coming again.

Pretty awful. Stylist agreed to use scissors then she was all up in my hair with the clippers. Cut way too short. I was buffaloed with BS. Like either a bad stand up comedy routine or possibly mental illness- not sure. Talked so much so fast, she almost got away with doing whatever she wanted on my hair because my attention was constantly distracted by bad comedy or was it insanity? Will not be back for another clipper cut.

friendly and happy to help. Using the APP is such a
convenient way to get in line.

Great service! The stylist had notes that had been entered into their system from my last visit, making the pre-haircut discussion far more efficient. Even though their online check in system wasn't working when I logged on, the wait wasn't too bad at all. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Rushed appointment with no attention paid to quality or detail. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Average haircut. I visit because it's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Not great cuts.
