Worst haircut I ever had till date
My hairstylist Rosita cannot speak English and communicate well. Looks like she didn't even know the basics of haircut. She took the trimmer and straight away shaved one side of head. Never visit this location.

Please dont come here. Worst experience by this rude lady called miranda. She should not be cutting hair. Please avoid this store at all cost. She has no precision. Uses razor roughly and is not at all capable to be in a salon.

Editing my review to say even talking to the management is not worth it. TALKING RUDELY AND SAYING "EITHER CUT IT ALL OR LET IT GROW AND THERE IS NO IN BETWEEN" IS NOT MISCOMMUNICATION.
Let me be very clear if you love your hair and don't want to spoil your day don't visit this Great clips.

Just had a very bad experience here. The trimmer used was so bad that i have rashes all over my neck. The lady was so disinterested in good service that she just want to run machine on your head and get rid of you. She did same with my kid. Very poor service.

Horrible cut, rude stylists. I asked for a style and the stylist was like “are you sure you can keep up with that” …
Can’t believe I walked out of there with such a horrendous uneven cut. I didn’t realize it at the time because it looked fine and I didn’t really have my glasses on but I feel like the stylist should’ve caught this rats tail she left on my uneven “U cut”

The barbers are rude. They are not even following the instructions (notes) shared by the other great clips location. They are like we wont do all these go to other locations

Do not recommend this location. The wait time does not adhere to the online check in time. We were also shown rude, disrespectful behavior by the staff since we asked to work with someone who spoke English after trying in vain to explain what I wanted to someone I could not hear and who could not understand me. The other staff person who spoke English, who got free, then took 2 people who checked in after us instead of us since she was mad that we didn’t work with the other staff person who didn’t speak English showing complete passive aggressive behavior.

Personally I don’t think people who do not care about customer service should be hired for roles that need customer interaction OR they should be trained to respect customers and have a customer first mindset.

Yesterday i went for my haircut.i just faced worest experience.i never recommend any one to here.

I was get hair cut with the barber name Jay she are cut my hair very bad, I told her many time do not cut my front hair but she still asking me so I told her okay you can cut but just a bit but she did cut out a lot and my left - right side not balance and split that was very super bad hair cut in my life, I was almost cry after it done, I swear I will not came to any great clips anymore I should listen to another people that told me here and cut not well but I just want to try, that it make me very disappointed and get bad feeling.

Good spot for a haircut - wait time is huge but did not have any other issues. Staffs were friendly as well.

I had the worst experience at the Great Clips on west Parmer lane in Austin. Apart from the gentleman from China, there was another individual named DIEU who behaved rudely, spoke loudly to people, and even talked on his personal phone on speaker mode, causing a disturbance for others. When I showed a basic child haircut picture, they refused to do it. Moreover, after an unsatisfactory haircut, they asked for a high tip, and when I obliged, he made jokes about my generosity. As we were leaving, I held the door open for my child, and DIEU abruptly pulled the door inside, saying they were closing and we should leave at 5: 45pm while great clips closes at 6: 00pm. We were being polite, and such treatment is unacceptable. It was an incredibly terrible experience. Despite the fact, On the receipt, it states that Great Clips is committed to customer satisfaction on all services and guarantees it.

Worst haircut and worst behavior by Kristie. She was talking so loud with people so far away, it basically gives you a headache while your hair is being done by her. On top it, she demanded a big tip. However, Sandra is very nice and gives good haircuts. In spite of that, I will have to avoid this store.

They were very professional and experienced. Haircut came out way more better than I expected.

I've been here several times before giving a review. Worst place I've been. This is mostly due to customer service. Disregard of handling the scalp, head, ears, and the clippers. Also the back talk, arguing, impatience, and being pedantic. Also bad on corporate for making employees ask for phone numbers to get a haircut.

There's a Terrible management of the online checking versus the In salon waiting. In the end you better just show up at the salon and that would make you go first in line. The Explanation provided by the current hairdresser was fuzzy at best. I think it's the last time I'll go there. It was a very disappointing time.

Was very happy with the lady who cut my hair and it is affordable and without any nonsense
