Please hire some one who knows how to cut hair you have hired people who are so rude and they just want to fight with each other than paying attention. Black lady without glases on sunday morning is so rude and dont care about customes she is working like someone forced her to work onn sunday and she kept fighting eith othet black lady in glases? How the hell you are running this business

I recently had a regrettable encounter with Great Clips that compelled me to share my experience. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory, and it left me with a negative impression of the salon.
My disappointment began my check process with my 2 boys. The representative I spoke with exhibited a remarkable level of rudeness and impatience. It appears my presence was an inconvenience to them, and their tone conveyed a clear lack of interest in providing helpful information their responses were curt and unprofessional. I was taken aback by the dismissive attitude and felt as though my concerns were trivialized. Customer service should be about assisting and guiding customers, but in this case, it felt more like an interrogation.
Moreover, I attempted to express my dissatisfaction politely, hoping for a resolution or an apology, but the representative remained unapologetic and uninterested in rectifying the situation. This lack of accountability only added to my frustration.
In my opinion, a business's success hinges on the quality of its customer service, and in the case of Great Clips, this aspect fell disappointingly short. It's disheartening to encounter such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially when there are numerous alternatives available in the competitive beauty industry.
I hope that Great Clips takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing improvements in their customer service training. A more customer-centric approach can go a long way in fostering positive relationships and ensuring repeat business. Until then, my experience with Great Clips has left me with no desire to return, and I would caution others who value courteous and helpful service to approach with caution.

Horrible experience. Worst experience of my life here. I am life long customer of great clips.
These ladies just don’t want to work. Their salary is probably paid by hour, not number of customers they serve?

I even drive one hour to go to greatclip. I have never experienced a bad event but this great clip …. Man. These two ladies were rude and worst woman you can ever meet.

She can not follow simple instructions but I still apologize many times. But she cut my half hair and then let me go. And then I need to find another saloon.

Unfortunately all customers in this saloon have the same experience. I just heard after this horrible experience. I wish I knew about this

Hi there! Just wanted to share my experience. First of all, I checked in 15min before I arrived only for the employee to skip over me for someone who didn’t even check in at all (what’s the point in checking in smh). My name was next in line on the computer screen! Second of all, I politely kept asking the employee to cut my hair a certain style but with her attitude she failed to follow simple instructions and to top it all off she was being very rude to other customers by raising her voice and being very condescending! I guess this employee doesn’t live a happy life and feels like it’s necessary to treat other people in a horrible manner, shame on you! I will never step foot in this establishment! AND PLEASE not so Great Clips don’t bother responding with your generic response because by the look of it you take no pride in taking care of your customers, thank you and good day to you!

One of the ladies was talking to everyone really rudely. She also messed up my hair. They called another person before me even though I was before him on the computer. I guess they feel like they’re in a rush and will mess up your hair. Won’t be coming back!

Horrible horrible horrible. Waited for an hour after checking in online for what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait. Go to assist my son (4) with his haircut and they refuse to let me even stand next to him. Wouldn't let him sit in my lap. Claimed it was for insurance purposes because of the hair dryers and other "equipment". Just avoid this place.

Horrible attitude. Came in at 5: 10 and there wasn't anyone in line only someone in her chair. She said she's busy you'll have to come back another day. When she had almost a hour left and nobody waiting. She clearly didn't want customers. I'll stick to sport clips, no wonder they were empty.

I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant to go to Great Clips. For the past few years I’ve been going to higher end barber shops, such as Boardroom and Gentleman’s Barbershop in Houston. Places that charge upwards of $50.00 for just a cut. But since Great Clips was one of the few places open on Sundays, and because I was starting to get pretty rough looking, I decided to give it a try.
Nessa did a fantastic job, she paid attention to detail, and cut exactly what I asked for, and even confirmed everything I wanted before we started. She was friendly and professional the entire time.
Don’t sleep on Great Clips, for under $20 you can get a great haircut and a pleasant experience.

Second time I went in there to get a haircut. First time manager was so rude acted like she didn't want us to be there. Second time worker acted like oh great more customers.lady came up and said sign in online. Why couldn't they sign me in right then and there.said there's 3 people in front of you and were short handed so im about to take lunch its 36 mins wait. Horrible Horrible customer service supervision needs to go in there and address there rude as***. Tried to leave a 0star

**Update: Just got another great cut here, this time from Alma! It looks so good! Also received great tips on using hair product.

My stylist, Tammy, did a wonderful job cutting my hair. I brought a picture of the cut I wanted and she offered tips and suggestions that resulted in the look I wanted!
