My father went in on Veteran's Day to pick up a coupon, only to realize it was a business card on the day he tried to redeem it. So of course, they couldn't honor it without the coupon, but what is wrong with that employee handing him a business card? ! The worst part is, this employee was there when his haircut began, but he didn't know this was going to happen, so there was no need to point her out at time.

I got my hair cut twice by her. Each time the same co worker stood up and asked if she wanted her to cut my hair.
She said "no, I've got it. " Bad cuts both times. Doesn't pay attention to what you want, and does a terrible job.

Walked in with a long haired hippie throw back.walked out with a man ready for a GQ photo shot. All in less than 40 minutes. Great place, Great staff & Great stylists & Great store.

I had a very good experience cutting my hair in this place. Personnel are nice and professional. My hair is looking good

They log you in with haircut you get all the time and they make notes for what if you get a different person they mess you up bad, manager doesn't cut hair good

I gave a two because I usually get a fantastic cut here but yesterday my hair cut was really bad. The cut was not at all what I asked for. I'm extremely disappointed and probably won't go back.

Love this place Jazmine and Genesis always do and amazing job. Also use the app. Its easier to get in and know how busy they are

This place is pretty hit or miss. Normally really good men's cuts but can sometimes not turn out the best.

Went for a typical fade came out looking like a lawnmower chewed up my hair second chair to the right an older lady if you can’t cut hair just don’t do it smh really rained it my dog could have done a better job! 2/23/23

My son received a terrible haircut! After bringing it to their attention, the manager offered no solution. I understand only so much can be done, but they should have at least offered a refund. Beware!

The employees are friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, the wait time is not bad at all.

Please avoid this place. I took my son and asked for a fade and I asked the girl to fix it. She didn’t mind but another girl rolled her eyes and shook her head. Customer service is really bad.
