Whoever did my hair ruined it 3 days before my 18th birthday. The lady had pink hair, she completely butchered my hair. I asked her for shaping on my bangs (to be the same v shape but shorter) and she just KEPT CUTTING. Now my bangs are and inch above my eyebrow because she didnt stop to realize i have CURLY hair. NEVER COMING BACK.

I was there last Friday for a haircut n brought a picture so she could see how I wanted it. She looked at the pic said she could do it but while cutting my hair never looked at the pic. My hair is not the same length on both sides n the back has pieces that are longer than the rest. My bangs are uneven n I feel that she didn't know how to cut my hair! Very unhappy

Just got my haircut by Mr jack. It was a very quick and pleasant experience and well worth the 15 dollars.

The only place I trust to cut my hair at the moment. Usually name brand places like this are hit or miss but it’s always a home run here. Now when I come in, they already have a note for whoever does my hair how I want it to be done. So no matter who does my hair it always looks how I want it to look. 10/10 would recommend.

Everytime I go the people are really friendly. One was even helpful to my dad who suffers from dementia. She was understanding of his needs and very friendly and careful with him.

Our stylist Pinkee gives my boys the best haircuts they've ever had. It's convenient and reasonably priced, and with online check-in, you are already ahead of walk-ins when you arrive.

Shayla "Pinkie" is EXCELLENT! ️She always cuts my hair, and it's ALWAYS BEEN PERFECT. The lines are always straight, and she always has great conversation. If you're looking for a great haircut, and some simple person to person interaction, ask for "Pinkie"! ️

My hair stylist did such a great job and I feel so bad that I didn't get her name, so I'll try my best to describe. She got the exact cut I wanted, but didn't quite know how to explain. She was a black woman with a savage daughter and husband that knows not to walk into traps and she made.me laugh the whole time. Thank you!

It was ok, my hair wasn't the way I wanted it but it did the job. I wouldn't have had time to get a haircut when I got back to my base so I stopped here.staff was friendly though.

The haircut was ok but the ladies were rude. My hair stylist was rough and was rushing to get me out of her chair.

They BOTCHED my sons hair. Too short. Uneven. I know it will grow back but I'm madder than a wet hen. Will NEVER EVER return or recommend. Stylists should LISTEN to clients.

Don't waste your money or time.
Gave them a picture with description, she butchered my hair. They had others waiting and just wanted to get next person in, didn't care at all. When my hair finally grows out I will definitely find another place to go.

You never know who you are going to get. They are good, for the most part, but every 1out of 5 you get a rookie and bad cut. They do take care of unsatisfied customers with coupons, but you still have to walk around with a mullet, lol!

Sucked don't go terrible effort for 15 bucks like really my edge up is not straight now I have to pay someone else to fix this

30 minutes before closing, needed a haircut. Was able to walk in and sit down, no wait. The 2 stylists were very kind and professional, gave me a great cut with no problems. Was very happy they stayed open later hours than others. Will return of in the area.

Got a hair cut here, and a great haircut is was not, it was quick and that is all it was, wouldn't show me the back of my head. Tami, was nice but she missed a lot of Hair in the back, when i got home i cut it myself with scissor after I had two mirrors to see it. Saddens me I paid $14 and $4 tip for a hair cut that was both embarrassing, and just wrongly cut! The group of girls in their today we're all on their phones, unresponsive and didn't have a care in the world, terrible customer service.
