Amazing service, from the front desk to the Dr. It was great service, I decided to use Great Oak instead of my previous provider and I am not regreting it, definetely the best decision

My family and I have been going to Great Oaks Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. At least 20 years. They are amazing and they truly care about your pet. You won’t find a better vet!

I've been taking my dog here for almost a year. The staff have always been incredibly cordial and Dr Baugh has been excellent! Everyone seems to genuinely care about all of their patients.

Dr Grimm is the sweetest! This was our first time visit and she was so thorough with helping me feel at ease with our doctors health. The place could be a little cleaner with the dog hair all around but I looked passed that with the overwhelming positivity she made us feel compared to our last vet office. She’s very personal and our dog loved her from the start!

Dr. Willis is amazing and caring and takes all the time needed to thoroughly explain things. The staff is super kind which is really wonderful!

My first time to visit. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, I was very happy with how gently they treated my cat, Meez as he can be very shy and timid. The Vet went out of her way to make it as painless as possible and to make him feel at ease. Easy in and out.

When I moved a few years ago I was concerned it was going to be hard to find a vet practice that I liked as much as the one I took Finley to in Dallas… Greak Oaks Animal hospital honestly far exceeded all expectations and I am so grateful to have a vet clinic I trust in the area like this. I always have a great experience bringing my dog here. You can tell the vets truly love animals. I get great advice and excellent care for Finley.

My dog loves this place and the folks here love animals! Vet techs, Doctors and office specialists are all animal lovers and our experience there is deluxe because of the pet love love love! Highly recommend. I drive from Austin to see Dr. Willis! Love this place!

Updating my review to say that we are back at GOAH with our puppy, Vera. Dr Willis and the entire staff remain as excellent as ever! Again, wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

12/2020 GOAH has been our vet since moving to Round Rock almost 10 years ago. This is a fantastic practice. It is a busy practice for a reason.they are great! We have primarily seen Dr Willis. She is extremely intelligent and very compassionate. We have also seen Dr Grimm a few times, and she is extremely capable and an absolutely lovely person. I have never felt pushed to pursue services for my pet that weren’t reasonable. In fact, at times, Dr Willis has discouraged services that were not going to be productive or in the best interest of my pet’s well-being or comfort. The staff has always been extremely courteous and friendly. Over the past few weeks, my 13 year old Bella developed symptoms from which she was not going to recover. I cannot thank Dr Willis and the staff at GOAH enough for their kindness and compassion in her loss. Dr Willis’ guidance was tremendous. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
