Great Value Storage, Dallas TX

The name pretty much says it all. This place is a little out of the way, the units are not always the easiest to access, but it's affordable and the staff (at least when I had a storage unit there) was always extremely kind and helpful.

I've been storing things with Great Value Storage for about 2 years. I have one of the biggest units there, and the people working the desk have always been helpful. For those complaining about late fees, of course the fees are higher than most - this is literally the cheapest storage place in town. In order to recoup by being the cheapest, of course they're going to charge you high fees. I also read some people complaining that they text you every day you're late. I actually like this feature I always forget to pay on time, and this is really helpful for me.

Their prices are high and their late fees are extremely higher. Plus they bug you every day when you're late by text message. I don't recommend going here unless it's because of the secure gated facility.

I am very pleased that I can now get into my storage until 8pm and on Sundays! Very awesome improvement! I am really the staff was changed as well. The young ladies that were there before were so unprofessional and a bit too ghetto!

They Need To Learn How To Answer They Phones Ive Been Calling Since 2 pm It Is Now 4: 20 It Rings No One Answer Then Saids "Sorry The Inbox Is Full Please Leave A Message" ANSWER the phone!

The office staff is amazing. I had unusual circumstances and they really cared about my needs and listened to see what they could do to accommodate my needs. I would recommend their facility to everyone.

The ladies here were very polite & fast. They sureade me feel welcomed & at ease getting my storage unit. No hassle no fuss. Quick n easy.

I would give this storage company zero stars if possible. Dallas received a lot of rain the spring of 2015, and they refuse to reimburse us for at throw rug that was damaged after water leaked from the ceiling and pooled in a corner where our rug sat. This is after they required us to purchase additional insurance through them. We've tried to move our claim forward since Sept 2015 with no luck. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Brenda and Yessenia are always very polite and courteous to me whenever I want to go into my storage bin or have questions. They are the reason I am extremely satisfied with my storage facility and would recommend Great Value Storage at this location because of them. 5 Stars!

Brenda & Jessica are very Sweet, Caring, & Helpful as well as they answer all questions Professionally & very Politely.
They always call when your late & send a text with the last day you've got before the big amount is added to your payment. The Owner's even call with a Automatic Recording to let you know that your payment is late & they're very Caring, Respectful, & Helpful when you call with questions.
