Great Western Inn-Saginaw, Fort Worth TX

DONT NOT BOOK HERE. TRASHY, RUDE, AND DOESNT HAVE ANY TYPE OF CARE FOR CUSTOMER! BUST THROUGH MY DOOR THIS MORNING DIDNT KNOCK AND THEY DEMANDED PAY! TOWELS ARE NOT ENOUGH PER YOU HAVE TO WAIT ON THEM TO DO LAUNDRY DAILY!

The house keeper needs to be told the rules of not supposed to just let anyone in a room cause they know a person.shes a housekeeper not management.she has no right letting anyone in a room unless the one renting the room says it's ok.after being told not to do it again she did it again.

Reservation was pooched, not sure how. Night guy assured me if cancel res with travel site, they could get me in. Nope. They couldn't.

In addition, onsite owners / managers arrived and parked in front drive by entrance door. And left car. Then had audacity to send clerk out to tell me to move so other patrons can pull in. That action caused me to miss rep to get reservation straightened out.

Will not be back.

This place is a dump, they over charged me because they said they didn't have any change in there cash drawer and kept telling me they would apply remaining balance to the next night and never did.rooms are nasty and people in and out all night

Poor excuse for a motel. Disgusting and hateful day staff. Drugs everywhere and they will kick you out for everything. Do not go here

If no stars were possible, that's what this place would get. I'm just going to keep this short. I stayed 2 weeks working in town. The rooms were nasty. We didn't get any towels, rags, beds made, or trash taken out the entire time we were there. There were people screaming and hollering all hours of the night in the parking lot drunk and high kicking people's vehicles. We paid for a week at a time and at the end of the first week we were told the boss was out of town and that everything would be better so we stayed the second week but it was the same. The red roof inn is like $10 more a night, and right across the road stayed there when we left this place, and it was 100x better.

I've stayed at the Great Western Inn a half dozen times so far.no complaints! Jon and Sam have always been respectful and courteous while I stay towards the front of house since I travel as a single female. Thank you for accommodating me always, especially when I have to check out slightly late due to prolonged Uber rides. Despite it being a motel, I haven't encountered any problems with any guests or failure to get towels or amenities. Look forward to my stays here- Thanks again!

Centrally located, quiet, mindful, clean. The price is affordable and the deposit is minimal. Water is Hot, room is large and bed is centered with desk area. Great buy
