6 stars. Pat and his team have earned a customer for life. They provide great repairs to our fleet of trailers. They turn trailers around pretty quick and get them out the door. If there is ever a problem, they will make it right. After many dealings with other repair companies, we have settled with our new partner. They are pretty fast when fully staffed. Either way, it's done correctly.

Great Western worked on trailer started coming undone after 3 months. I now have the trailer in a different shop with same problem. They did not tighten up bolts and all came loose.
