This doctor and staff are fantastic. Communication is fantastic and more importantly, my wife is comfortable with everyone there. Dr. Andrews is cool as a cucumber when delivering a baby, a trait that we didn’t really know we needed until after delivery. The staff gives me jolly ranchers because they know I love them. They truly go above and beyond. Thanks everyone!

I hope this review helps someone. Dr Sara Andrews delivered my daughter. Prenatal care leading up to the birth was fine, not outstanding but not awful. The delivery was entirely different. Not only did she show up late when it was time to deliver despite being IN THE BUILDING, but she didn’t follow my birth plan/specific requests at all. We discussed in great detail things I wanted and didn’t want- delayed cord clamping, no episiotomy, no pictocin. None of what I had discussed with her (literally for months leading up to the birth and then reiterated and confirmed the very day before my daughters birth) was followed. In fact she completely disregarded my wishes entirely. She was in a hurry (my daughter was delivered smack dab in the middle of the work day) so she gave me a third degree episiotomy to speed things up and did not delay the cord clamping at all. When confronted about these things she said “I don’t recall those requests. ” Do not allow her to deliver your baby if you expect to have any kind of say in how YOUR birth goes. So disappointed.

I would not recomend Dr. Andrew to anyone, she didnt find in ultrasound that my daughter had congenital heart defect which was very difficult for us when she was born and at the time of delivery her behaviour was rude and after delivery about an hour ago i had some complications and she was not in the hospital. Worst experience ever.

Professional doctor, but too fast paced, little customer service. While on prenatal care you are lucky if you can catch the doctor for 3 mins per occasion.isn't exactly GreatCare as the name suggests

9.5 years as a patient! This review is well overdue. Let me just start off by saying Dr. Andrews is the sweetest. I love how she is always ecstatic and joyful. I always look forward to my appointments with her! You just know she passionately loves her job, appreciate her patients and care for them. Charismatic, personable, humble and FUNNY! I love it. She has a calm to her as well. Ever knew a person with such a bigness about them that they change the whole room with their presence? That’s Dr. Andrews. Wonderful person. When I first moved to Houston, Dr Andrews was with premier obygn. I was searching for an OBGYN for my wellness (not preg) and immediately I chose her and knew that I chose the right person just by her picture alone. After my first appointment it was a done deal. I’m still not sure if she is aware she has signed a life contract with me just by accepting me as her patient! She has been my obgyn for my pregnancies and will continue to be. She never waves anything off. She hear you, she will order cultures, ultrasounds etc to get to the bottom of it. I never felt like I was given half treatment, half information or left uncertain when I came or called in with any issue. She also isn’t the doctor that says “we need to see you” when you call in asking for minor prescriptions for women issues. She’ll gladly send it over and prefer you to come in if the issue doesn’t clear up. I’m very happy with Dr. Andrews. Thank you for the wonderful customer Care!

I feel bad for good doctors and successful business where they have awful receptionists.it became so clear in the region how this level of workforce is not trained, not educated and their behavior is not acceptable.i am dealing daily with all level of people, this low level of treating patients is weird.at certain point, i felt, they are paying my bills.

Love love love Dr. Andrew's and her team. They have been so helpful during my 1st pregnancy. I'm excited for her to delivery my baby girl in January 2020.

Great doctor! Energetic, listens and knowledgeable. I did not have any issue with staff as described in aforementioned reviews. I have recommended this doctor and her practice to friends.

The doctor is very energetic and full of knowledge. Unfortunately, I was not too happy with her nurse. Every visit was the same thing, "What concerns do you have today? " After explaining my concerns, they were either dismissed, or they seemed to aggravate her, and that same energy was then transferred to the Dr. If you have a concern, don't share it with the nurse, simply tell the Dr.yourself and be done with it. If the staff is reading this, "Patients don't have all the answers, therefore we come see a specialist and PAY for said services. Sometimes we ask what may seem stupid to you for self-assurance to us. " I walked out of that office after my last visit in tears. It takes a lot for me to cry but, my emotions got the best of me this day. NO ONE should ever feel stupid for asking questions that are only meant to put our minds at ease.

Love DR. Andrew's bright, happy ecstatic personality! Her staff is so helpful and prompt when answering messages and returning phone calls. I can't wait for her to delivery our baby boy!
