I have had severe chronic neck and back pain my entire life and until I came here I felt like being able to live life normally was not possible. Now after some intense therapy I have been able to do things I've not been able to do for so long. I love these guys. They are prompt and give great individual care. Chase and Nichole do all they can to make you feel comfortable and to alleviate your pain. Chase gives detailed homework exercises to encourage me to help with my therapy. As an elderly client, both Chase and Nichole care for my needs as directed by my neurologist's referral. These guys are real weak when it comes to the business side of billing private health insurance. My son had shoulder surgery due to an auto accident. These guys refuse to bill my health insurance, CIGNA, because it’s an auto accident. Cigna says that is ridiculous, “The auto insurance is maxed out, we will pay for the therapy. ” But these guys still refuse to bill them and the best self pay rate they will offer is $162 per hour. Now we have to look for another clinic. And they waited until the 4th or 5th visit to tell us this.
