Green Bawarchi truly exceeded expectations at our community Diwali event! Serving a crowd of around 375, including kids, their incomparable service left no room for complaints. The food received an abundance of positive feedback and compliments, highlighting the restaurant’s impeccable quality and generous quantity. Not only did Green Bawarchi meet our budgetary constraints, but they also showcased a commitment to excellence, making our Diwali celebration an absolute delight. I was eagerly waiting for opening of Green Bawarchi as this is so close where I live. They did not disappoint! They have excellent choices of desi snacks and food. Friendly staff and the owner (s) always check on the food quality and service we get there. The place is also very kid friendly. In multiple occasions, they offered us drinks or food for the kids which is very generous. I keep going back for the mouth watering chicken noodles and fried snacks. Definitely go and try this place.

The best biryani and best irani chai in Houston. Mind-blowing food and highly recommended for any food lovers.

Pleasantly surprised. Loved it the first time and we keep coming back. Food is yummy and servers are very polite. Looking forward to its full scale operations and menu. I have no doubt the management will excel with their tremendous efforts! All the best!

Update: I have been visiting for few months now. They have massively expanded their menu and scaled on the operations. I cannot take side of one dish but everything I have eaten so far is a five star! Biryanis, snacks, desserts, curries you name it. I have tried their Paaya today, hence the review!

We had no idea this little gem was so close by us. Fairly priced and they at every accommodative to special requests. The manager (maybe owner?) was really nice and brought our toddler a free mango lassi! We have eaten there twice in two weeks. Very excited to have nice Indian food within 10 mins drive: D the staff are all very friendly.

Got the chicken and egg puffs from this place. They were honestly not that great, in that they lacked flavor, was on the spiciest side and a chicken puff had a whole cardamom in it, unpeeled (who even does that). Service was just okay. Will not be going back to this place again unfortunately.

We had Goat biryani last night and not kidding, it reminded me of Hyderabad. Very cozy place and great food!

Tried goat biryani, after reading the reviews but very disappointed. The flavors are missing, it’s just oil in rice.

Ordered chicken biriyani and chicken 65 biriyani (to go) and the taste was not good. Chicken biriyani was full of oil/ghee (not sure if it was ghee) and the taste of biriyani was bland (no spice flavor at all). The chicken 65 biriyani taste was completely weird (not sure what was wrong). Went there as I heard the place was good hub for biriyani but didn't expect this (guess food was messed up only this day but was expecting better, would love give a try once again)

It’s really great food, you today have much space to eat in restaurant as it’s kind of small, but food is really yummy, tried many things from Biriyani to Dosa and everything was good. Price is really really reasonable

Yo, I had a catering order for 15 families the other day. Mr. Rizwan, the boss man, handled the order and gave me some suggestions to make it even better. The pricing was hella affordable and worth every penny. They got that order ready on time and packed it into my car real nice so nothing got messed up. And let me tell you, that food tasted bomb! And there was plenty of it too. Everyone at the party was going crazy over how good it was, some of them even took leftovers home with them. All in all, this was hands down the best Indian food experience I've had in ages.

Goat Biryani was average but fresh. I was expecting hyderabadi taste but it turned like Andhra biryani similar to biryani pot restaurant NOT really hyderabadi biryani. Chai is super hyderabadi so five stars for that.

Recently tried out Green Bawarchi and here's the lowdown: Their Hyderabadi biryani is a standout, truly capturing the essence of authentic flavors. It felt like a bite straight out of Hyderabad.

But, a word to the wise, their Chicken 65 might surprise you as it veers more towards a Manchurian flavor profile. Definitely not the classic 65.

The chai is a delightful touch, perfectly complementing the biryani's richness.

Now, the ambiance isn't particularly geared for family dine-ins. However, if you're on the hunt for top-notch take-out biryani and chai, this is the place to be. Ideal for savoring authentic Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani flavors from the comfort of your home. Would definitely recommend, especially for a takeaway with a whole lot of snack items to pick from.

The atmosphere was it’s happening. Lot of people which is a good sign. The sweet needs and irani chai are a hit. Both tasted awesome. The only compliant would be the service could be a little faster. The food is fresh, hot and there is a lot of varieties. Again would recommend the Iranian chai and pan.
