Green Pines Apartments, Humble TX

Green Pines is a great place to live. The office staff is nice and caring and we have security that drives around looking out for the residents. I been here four years and I highly recommend this property.

I love this place. I was weary moving out on my own but Chelsea made me feel like I was making the right choice and I do not regret it! Maintenance is so nice and responds so fast to request I would this property to anyone!

I been here for 3 years and I couldn’t be happier. Crime did pick up a lil but management got it under control as soon as we told them and they hired security. Maintenance is friendly and the office staff is cool. Love my apartment too!

Since moving in it has been amazing the manager has helped me with every question I have had and responded very quickly and politely my apartment was very clean when I moved in, I will recommend these apartments to all of my friends

I just recently tour the property and I been looking for a long time. But I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism that I received. The manger assisted me and was very knowledgeable. I will be leasing here. Will give a follow up review in a couple months.

Let me tell you from day 1 my experience has been excellent. I have no problem with my apartment. Office staff is well mannered and respectful. When I have a problem with my apartment maintenance staff come out quick. I don’t think I waited over 2 hours for someone to come out. I love the security staff they have aboard at night. I feel so safe when I’m at home. I would definitely recommend this for your next home 10 out of 10. You won’t be disappointed. And your apartment will definitely look like the picture online. I never been into an apartment where it look like just online pictures.

I recently visited the apartments for a tour, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and had been beautifully painted. Additionally, the overall property was well-maintained and presented a clean and inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

A friend of mine car was broken into 2x n then stolen apt office dont care
Cops came out n one lives on the property nothing. The news station needs to know about this. I know a few ppl who work at local news stations this is ridiculous none of the office ppl have compassion or empathy for others. I've seen first hand. Especially the one n the office named Chelsea she think she knows everything! Not! So owner of the complex I hope u see this. Now they running around this morning since you coming bothering ppl to do stuff do your job at all times n u won't have to get ready always stay ready SMFH!

I'm happy here. I like the location because it's close to a lot of things that Iike! Staff is nice. Grounds are well kept

I was visiting a friend and she had an issue with her toilet. She called maintenance and Leslie showed up right away. He was personable and get it fixed quickly.also noticed the grounds were well kept. Seriously considering making this my new spot when I move in a few months.

Living at Green Pines is awesome! Leslie makes sure things get fixed fast and he’s super personable. The apartments are great. Glad I found them!

I love it here! Staff is amazing! Very helpful and super sweet! The property is well maintained. I plan on staying here for awhile!

I don't know who these people think they are but they refuse to answer the phone not helpful people they couldn't care less about anyone moving in what a joke
