7I am extremely surprised how clean the place is. I mostly go one a month to wash my blankets since I have washer and dryer at my house. Very clean and the staff very friendly and constantly cleaning and making sure homeless don't get inside.
Well I went to go wash my clothes there on Sept 8th went there about 9am I check my clothes all the time so instead of me washing I gave to the little Mexican woman who works there cause I see yall have drop and wash and fold 2 hrs later I pick up my clothes I open that bag at home and I see I big rip on the butt side of my cargo I didn't even bother calling cause she would have denied and I don't feel like arguing yall lost my business first and last day
Today I arrive at 8: 50 and the Mexican woman told that the laundry is close
I always have this one problem with a particular employee i cant stand. It began to when i sat down a few months ago while i waited for my laundry to be done. She asked me “are you even washing laundry” i cant help but think she was eluding to my appearance and that i wanted to take advantage of the air conditioning. I keep having issues with her. From her eyeing me down to, TAKING MY CARD OUT OF THE MACHINE TO PUT MONEY IN IT. Claiming i was doing it wrong when ive done it hundreds of times. This employee is rude and ruins the experience. Dont come here unless you want an employee to suggest youre homeless.
The lady who serves is always very attentive, the washateria is very clean
I've been coming here for a while. It is clean. The staff is friendly. The machines are daily priced but. Which I feel is unacceptable. The staff takes out your clothes if you don't take it out right away. Washer or dryer. They take your stuff out of your basket to give to their friends. This happened to me twice already. This last time it wasn't going to fly. Don't touch my stuff! And I also had 6 washers I was using that we're about to end its cycle. If your friend needed a basket, they should have came sooner. The lady never admit she took my basket but I saw how nervous she got when I was clearly upset. I think she asked for the basket back and the lady she gave it to in the first place had been mugging me for the past hour.
