Dr. Narranjo is the best! All of his staff is super friendly and their office is just beautiful. I have been doing Invisalign and my teeth look so much better!

I bounced around different dental clinics in town for many years with mixed results. A few years ago I found Greenbelt Dental and finally found a dentist and staff that I can trust. I'll never go to another dentist for cleanings and procedures as long as Greenbelt Dental is around. Thanks for being awesome!

Greenbelt Dental health is literally the most pleasant dental team I’ve ever worked with. I started seeing them after ten years of no dental care. I had gotten a good job and was ready to start taking care of myself. My concerns were taken seriously (a different dentist doubted I could be experiencing the kind of pain I was describing) There was a lot of work to be done, but everything was clearly explained, shown to me on xrays and with photo imaging, and the pricing structure was all laid out. It took a couple of years to get out all the old fillings and get me to where I am now, regular cleanings and monitoring trouble spots, but I am so pleased I chose this practice to go on that journey with. They have ALL the fancy tools and are just really sweet, caring people.

Staff is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They treat you like an individual and truly tailor your care. They have also done a marvelous job of maintaining philosophical continuity while facing the kind of inevitable change that comes when long-time staff retires. I will keep coming back!

I just had my first cleaning after many years with Cynthia at Dr. Naranjo's office. His assistant, Dawn was great and I felt treated like family.

I discovered this dental practice over 4 years ago when I was looking for a more holistic dentist that wasn't using a list they could check off to treat me. I have been seeing Cynthia the whole time, and she has only ever treated me kindly like a friend rather than just a patient. Dr. Naranjo and the team are extremely gentle and caring and perform every dental procedure as if they were doing it on themselves. It's a bit of a drive for me to get here, but it's totally worth it. They treat you like the individual you are. I highly recommend Greenbelt Dental!

Greenbelt Dental Health is a biological dental provider. I recommend Dr. Naranjo and his staff without reservation. I have been a very satisfied patient of this dental office since 2015. Dr. Naranjo recently took over the practice, and I have full confidence in his evaluation and work. I don’t think you can find a better dentist for restorative procedures. He is incredibly detail-oriented, and works in micro-millimeters when adjusting a crown, for instance, to fit just right. The reception staff is always super-helpful. And I am part of the loyal and devoted following of one of the hygienists, Cynthia D. I guard my oral health zealously, and I am lucky to be able to call upon the professional services of these folks. I feel confident that I am in the best of hands at Greenbelt Dental.

I have been going to this dentist office for over 20 years (which means I’ve seen the transition from Dr Griffin Cole to Dr Naranjo) and I can attest that Naranjo absolutely upholds the high quality of care, expertise & friendliness I’ve enjoyed from this office for so many years. I went to another dentist one time bc I lived in another city and that was when I realized just how spoiled I am by having this dentist & team as my home base! 10/10 recommend - I will truly never go to another dentist again!

I had been receiving routine cleanings from this office and absolutely enjoy the location, the outside views from the chair, and the warmth and professionalism from all levels of staff. I developed a tooth ache from a molar so sought advice from an alternative office because of immediate convenience. The office conducted x-rays and offered a course of action to proceed with. I contacted Greenbelt and spoke with two different professionals from the Greenbelt office. They immediately scheduled me to come in for a second opinion. I requested my intial consultation from the first office be forwarded to Greenbelt. Dawn was able to take a 3D scan so that Dr Naranjo could determine the prognosis. His recommendation was more in line with what he and his experienced staff originally suspected as to how to move forward. Dr. Naranjo recommended a specialist to handle a routine oral surgery. Every process and consultation with the entire staff at Greenbelt was flawless and reassuring. Cynthia (hygienist), Dawn (assistant), and Dr. Navanjo are definitely a wonderful team to assure proper oral care, provide an experience which is paramount to any visit to health related routine office visits, and direct patients to the proper and personal care required if necessary.

I’m 62 years old, and I have been getting dental care since the age of 14 from various dental offices in at least 5 different states. My career background includes a decade working in the health/dental insurance industry and two decades working in the clinical laboratory field as a cytotechnologist; I’m also a holistic health practitioner. So, this review is coming from a patient with a very diverse background as it pertains to dental health.

I must start off by saying that if you are looking for the standard one-size-fits-all dental care that is typical at most dental offices due to insurance coverage guidelines, then Greenbelt Dental Health may not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a customized approach tailored to your unique dental needs, then this office may be a great fit.

Like most patients, I have had my share of dental issues over the years. I’m finding out that some of my issues could have been avoided or at least delayed had I been more informed and associated early on with an integrative dental services dentist office similar to Greenbelt Dental Health.

I became familiar with Dr. Naranjo and the services provided at his office after an extensive Google search to find alternative services to save another infected tooth. This infected tooth was one of my front teeth, and I was not comfortable with any of the standard dental treatments, such as a root canal and a crown replacement. I wanted to save the natural tooth for as long as I could without too much invasive treatment. After having two root canal teeth become infected decades after the procedures, and then having to get them extracted, I started to research the pros and cons of root canal teeth. I found that a root canal should only be a temporary fix that is monitored extensively by the dentist and patient before it gets to the dangerous infection stage that may create systemic health issues.

I started to research ozone therapy with root canals and saw that Dr. Naranjo offered that service. I made a consult appointment to see if my tooth would be a good candidate for that procedure. Dr. Naranjo did a complete evaluation of my situation and went into great detail about the ozone therapy root canal procedure in addition to showing me the equipment. He also made me aware of possible side effects to be on the look out for, like the tooth may change color at some point. I appreciate knowing information in advance so that I can stay on top of things and not be in shock when and if things occur. I was caught totally off-guard with previous root canal tooth infections. I did not regularly monitor my gum line around the root canal teeth, so I have no idea when the abscess started, which is very dangerous. The ozone root canal treatment was performed, and so far, so good. I monitor that tooth and gum area very diligently now.

I made an appointment to have a complete dental health evaluation later. I had an extensive dental consultation in Dr. Naranjo’s office. We discussed my oral health, my diet, and my dental hygiene routine before going to the chair for an extensive examination along with digital images. I think the process took over an hour and a half. After a week or so, I received an extensive report detailing all my unique dental issues along with digital images, suggestions, recommendations, and fees.

Over the past year, I have been slowly but surely addressing my dental issues and prioritizing the most problematic first in addition to getting dental cleanings from the hygienist Cynthia who is very gentle and does a great job making sure I’m comfortable and addressing any concerns I may have, especially relating to my at-home dental regimen.

The office staff are extremely friendly and professional. The open-air patient room with tons of natural light is comforting.

I’m very happy to have found an integrative dentist. Dr. Naranjo is very professional and knowledgeable, offering traditional dental services and more natural alternative options. This is why I drive almost two hours to receive services from his office.
