Can you leave less than 1 star? Absolutely horrible company. Refused to verify debt. Had wrong acct #, wrong amount, wrong address. When I tried to sent screenshots of my accounts and payments I got called a liar and was told I forged the documents. They called family that has nothing to do with the debt, and are refusing to resolve in writing as requested. Issue is still ongoing - no resolution yet.

These are the most atrocious people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They sent defamatory letters to my family, not to mention the receptionist was SO rude when I tried to call and resolve my issues.

GGR is a great company to work for. Everyone is inviting and always offering up tips and tricks to succeed. Each employee is treated kindly as well as respectfully. Management consistently provides feedback and on going trainings to improve productivity.

Terrible organisation - specifically Thomas who clearly has no understanding of how things work.

Debts are debts, there's a way to solve them and then there's the tactics employed by Michael Chastain. FDCPA complaints will be filed, emails, and recorded calls will be filed as evidence, especially the one he had with a party having nothing to do with the debt, a direct violation of FSCPA. KNOW YOUR LAWS.
