Greenbriar Park, Houston TX

A lot of these reviews will tell you about how great the complex is, which is true (hi Gabrielle and Angie!) but I'm here to say the real star of the show is ARMANDO in maintenance! Armando is kind, cheerful, honest, and an incredibly efficient and effective worker. He fixed our severely clogged drains, and easily installed a brand new dishwasher after he looked over and noticed that ours was irreparable. He has been nothing but wonderful to both myself and my husband, and we feel so comforted knowing that he's here everyday, and just a maintenance request away. ZRS, you really found a gem in Armando! (And truly, the entire maintenance staff is great!)

Living at Greenbriar Park Apartments has largely been an incredible experience. The location is great, the maintenance staff is attentive, and the amenities are top-notch. However, there is a glaring issue that needs to be addressed: car thefts.

Last night, a shocking number of vehicles in the parking garage were targeted, with wheels stolen and cars left on bricks. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; it has occurred multiple times under previous management.

We recently had a management change, and while they sent an email acknowledging the situation, there were no specifics about the steps they'll take to prevent future incidents. This leaves me and other residents skeptical about any forthcoming improvements.

Management could implement a range of security measures, such as fencing off the parking garage, increasing nighttime patrols, or installing additional cameras. While it's not my responsibility to solve this, failing to act is unacceptable.

Despite this security issue, Greenbriar Park Apartments remains a wonderful place to live, and I would stay here for many more years if I could be assured of my safety and that of my vehicle. Therefore, my review is mixed: while the living conditions are great, the ongoing crime issues are a significant concern.

I definitely recommend it here. They have excellent top-notch Staff and they are always very helpful, especially Angie. She is very friendly and helpful, she always has a smile on her face and always on the go. I recommend Greenbriar Park to all friends and family.

Greenbriar Park has a very convenient location ;walking distance to MD Anderson and all other hospitals. Most of the units are renovated and very comfortable.

Property Manager-Angie Barajas is so friendly and problem solving; I can tell she is the best property manager I have ever worked with in Greenbriar Park. I should mention about Jereme Morris. Jereme is always looking ways to improve the quality of the property. He is always there for the tenants and he is giving full genuine support and all other team members are great and providing great service to the guests.

I had the opportunity to explore a few apartments with Jereme. His deep understanding of the properties, keen eye for details, and unparalleled professionalism stood out. Although we eventually chose a different place, Jereme's exceptional service truly enhanced our apartment search journey. Kudos to him!

I toured with Jeremy last week when I was down from New Mexico about relocating to Houston. With great sadness I will not be making Houston my next journey in life. That being said I toured many apartments and Greenbriar really stood out because of their customer service. It was the only property that the Manager Angie came out and introduced herself and welcomed me to Houston. She even shared about the restaurants in the area. The leasing agent Jeremy knew his product like the back of his hand. He answered every question without skipping a beat. His humor on top of that was precessional and funny. A hidden talent in sales. He ever needs a sales job he can call us. Thank you to the staff there for making it a fun and enjoyable time.

I had the pleasure of going on a couple of apartment tours with Jereme, and I must say, he was absolutely amazing during both trips. Jereme's knowledge of the properties, attention to detail, and professionalism left a lasting impression. Despite not ending up renting, I just want to come here and say that Jereme's excellent service definitely made the apartment hunting experience much more enjoyable.

Gabrielle was very helpful in setting up the lease. The online process was smooth and effective without surprises. Jereme helped me get set up with my gate pass. Many things about Greenbrier Park are great-great clubhouse with free coffee, business center and gym, outdoor lap pool and wading pool, really prompt maintenance (fixed a small issue with the stove in less than 24 hours), and great email communications keeping you abreast of what's coming up, whether updates to infrastructure or fun events like food trucks or a Halloween door decoration contest. Professional, personable, and reliable.

DONT NOT LISTEN TO ANY REVIEW ON HERE THIS PLACE IS A joke the office staff have the freaking worst horrible attitudes, unprofessional, and they cannot calculate billing properly either Kelly Molina cannot count to save her life and have the audacity to be over the billing portion. She’s and the rest of the office staff are complete liars. This place has bugs and every month when they want to randomly put things on your monthly bill out of nowhere when charges aren’t even valid and make no sense they cannot even explain or calculate billing correctly. They wait to last minute to contact you and when you go into the office about they still cannot even explain how or why charges exists. There were leaks all over my apartment that they lied about saying the previous people didn’t report or have an issue with that which was a lie. On day two of us moving in the neighbors told me how they have a serious issues with break ins, car theft and car break ins and leaks. They stated that none of the camera work within the apartment and the office staff is extremely rude and nasty with their residence. Which now i know is true. People consistently have to on guard here with robbery and theft and they don’t have any security or officer to watch the property this place is a dump i will be glad when my lease is up i will be running out of here. The reviews are fake they try to make people do positive reviews when they move here before even knowing too much about the apartment. I waited to see how everything was going to turn out and it has been horrible since day one moving here. Leaks all over my apartment and the maintenance people were telling me it a holiday the next day and i would have to wait until after the holiday to fix water coming up from under the wood floors in the bathrooms (in both bathrooms) and a flooded closet (in second bathroom which the manager didn’t even want to put new carpet down after the closet completely flooded) i told them no that unacceptable (the manager then tried to argue with me because i told her i wouldn’t accept dirty mildew carpet within the second bedroom closet). They door looked like it been kicked in which i later found out it was because the previous person that lived here was robbed (broken into). The wood was peeling up from the water damage after the office staff Kelly and Angie lied about saying they didn’t have water issue before when it was evident that they did. The office is super shady and has shady practices. They do not have any urgency here and office staff attitudes need huge readjustment especially the manager she has the worst attitude within the office staff Angie is her name. And her little side kick Kelly Molina cannot count or calculate anything properly and doesn’t communicate with other staff about things she suppose to, she is ridiculous asking for things that already have been submitted before moving into the apartment. She is incompetent, unprofessional and inaccurate. Moreover PLEASE STAY AWAY THE PRICES AREN’T WORTH BEING HERE THIS PLACE IS A DUMP THEY DESERVE NO STARS TO BE HONEST. Unfortunately that not possible because you cannot do a review without one.

I came down for vacation and stayed with my friend here. I really enjoyed that y’all offered movies and snacks like that! They do not do anything like this at my apartments Jeremy was the best! Il

I have a Gumbo Buisness and I had an event at Greenbriar Park and I met Jereme and staff and they were very accommodating and helpful. They made sure the menu was sent out to let the tenants know we would have our food trailer out from 4-8pm. Each employee came out purchased something from us and the overall experience was a success. Can’t wait to go back!

Always such a pleasure working with this property! Jereme is absolutely amazing. He is so kind and really cares about making sure everyone is well taken care of!
