Green’s Automotive Center, Rowlett TX

This shop has had my vehicle since late June for an electrical issue. I was told that I had to change some parts, so I agreed. Parts was changed and the problem was not fixed. Now it's December and my car is still not running. Now I have to pay to go get my car that is still not working. I feel like I have been fooled. Shop has poor communication skills and poor customer service. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this shop.

We've used Green's several times and each experience has been great! Danny and Jessica are wonderful and the quality of work is as well! 10 out of 10 service!

Green's Auto is the best! When I got the last oil change on wife's 2014 Ford Escape, Danny saw that the engine insulator was wearing out and then Jessica let me know it needed to be replaced. It's one of those things you wouldn't notice unless you're doing thorough inspections of your vehicle or until it falls apart while you're driving down the road. Thanks again for taking care of our vehicles!

Our truck broke down at start of our vacation. When we got back, Danny and the rest of Green's Automotive worked quickly and had an estimate for us and even though they were very busy, had our issue fixed where most places have you wait weeks and months, Green Automotive had fixed in a week and was affordable! I've been taking my 2 cars to Danny for years and will continue to do so. That says it all. The most recent repair was replacement of a timing belt and will soon take my 2nd car in for the same repair.
