Received a misleading advert in the mail. Called to inquire about getting a quote. The quote wasn’t even close to the premium listed on the advert. I understand that the premium listed is an estimate but the actual quote was almost double. The agent claimed the adverts are not tailored to the homes/owners but there is literally a photo of my house on the advert and my name is listed explicitly. If the listed premiums are based off limited data, why include it at all? The agent I spoke with was nice, patient, and helpful but I feel like I wasted my time.

I never said you or your representatives took a photo of my house, and it doesn’t matter where the picture came from. My point was that your agent told me the premium listed on the advert was not tailored for me and my property. However, the advert had a picture of my house on it, along with my name, leading me to believe the listed premium was indeed tailored to me.

Greg White and his team helped us put together our home and auto insurance so that is good and affordable coverage.
