Greyhound: Bus Station, Vidor TX

I have been stuck here since 7: 30 this morning after booking a trip from Beaumont Texas to Houston Texas AND no bus is stopping to pick us up. We are stranded going on 17 hours. I will be calling the main office for complaints and demanding my money back. We are Hurricane Laura refugees and NOBODY gives a F about picking us up! We have health issues and THEY Don't Care! Very disappointed and very stressed out! They didn't have A ZERO so I couldn't rate this place BELOW ZERO! This is messed up doing people like this. Now I have to go find a place in the woods to sleep tonight ️️️️️️️️

Yes I received directions for my close friend. I could say that the travel wasn't to bad but the times available was kind of stressful. The fact that he prepaid and lost $50 of his money which made him double pay to get home really made him not want to trip out here as frequently due to those problems.

Man I was traveling all That day, from Tyler to Dallas to Houston and finally to Beaumont at 2: 30am the next day.

They try to keep it clean. The lil guy in the front desk is a real nice person he has a heart.

Outside is nasty. The rooms are horrible. The ceiling looked very damaged and aboutbready to cave in. Roaches everywhere! Seriously looks like code violations.

The employees at this station are super friendly and helpful, greyhound on the other hand needs to get it together with their bus delays. There is a major issue every time I ride, this time was a 5 & 1/2 hr.delay on the bus leaving Dallas bus station. There is no comfortable seating at the station or on the buses. It has and still is causing me great physical pain.

I couldn't give worse rating than this one, or I would have. The greyhound bus services has the worst customer support that I have experienced till date. I booked a ticket through greyhound bus service when there was already a warning of extreme weather in nearby areas. But as the ticket gets booked who would imagine of their trip being cancelled, that too WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION. Till the day of my trip I was not informed about this cancellation of bus due to extreme weather. So, I wasted my money and time getting to the bus station with a hope to get to an emergency hospitalization of my dear one. To my surprise, there wasn't even any member present at the station to respond to this situation. When i called the customer support and reported about the same, they denied me any compensation for my waste of time and money. I think they are fully responsible to at least inform the passenger about cancellations, due to these known circumstances.

In mobile Alabama the customer service is horrible, really disappointed, and look how they take care of their fleet.

Now this is going to get tricky. The foreigners who own the truck stop, in which the bus station is within it. Now everything is over priced, they own and operate the motel up above the truck stop. Weird looking and acting folks get off of the bus. For hours. Then you got your girls of the night ; just sweeping the lot. Yeah, right. And to top it off they have an illegal game room! And they have the nerve to get up with me when I call them crocks
