Bus broke down outside of Conroe. Changed busses. Lost and found refuses to assist with bag accidentally left on bus due to their confusion. It's a beauty supply bag for black women. Matches every female working there's appearance. Hope whomever enjoying using enjoying this theft.
Operator Williams is an hour exceptional lady! God bless wonderful people such as her and may every operator hope to achieve her level of expertise and wonderful disposition. Thanksgiving was still a great holiday for me because of her.

The only reason I will give them a positive star is because the supervisor I spoke with seemed as if he was actually trying to help me find my bags. Aside from his curtious attitude and trying to help me I have nothing good to say about greyhound. This supervisor single handedly got this station a positive note but the rest of the place ranks negative. Don't pay for shipping because you may never get your stuff back.
Rode the bus 1 time in my life.and had a mf blast trip to iowa.to my bf casa left from there. 2 day trip was so happy to leave Conroe
