7Worst bus company to ever exist! Really terrible. Bus was supposed to leave at 8: 20 PM. Then, a delay until 10: 30 but the bus never arrived! We waited over 6 hours for the bus that didn't even arrive. We contacted the company and they said the bus can not be located! If the company istelf can't locate their own bus, it should be shut down! Super unacceptable. A company should hinor reservations days in advance and make sure they are on top of their schedule. We had very important meetings needed to attend and we missed them because of this "company. " Do not take this company. Don't pay for nothing. Paying for rescheduling should not be what we pay for! 0 out of 10! Never choosing them again!
Great bus station.i have been there 18 times in the last month. Very nice customer service and great people. Nice bus drivers and easy to understand and access the bus turnal information and bus stops, drop, number, times and locations all information was very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this bus station for self travel, bisness and or family and friends. Very clean cheap and dependable. Great employee I give them 10 plus stars and two thumbs up Job well done keep up the awesome work and terrific customer service. Thank you
I have been taking the greyhound bus for the past year from Austin to San Marcos and do so only because I have no other option. This is the worst public transit I have ever used. The bus is 30+ minutes late every single day. Every time it shows up is inconsistent. Sometimes, the bus is early AND WILL LEAVE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME. Sometimes, the bus will not show up at all! If you call the "help desk" all you get is rude and apathetic people. Fix your service.
Apparently when they close at 6: 30pm, all of the security goes home too. Homeless everywhere. The best part is my girlfriend and I are stuck here waiting until 8: 20 tonight. Sure hope they're on time. We won't be taking the bus again.
The older lady at the desk was rude and down right mean. She seemed offended that I asked her a question. She should not be a customer service representative. And they close at 6: 30 which is ridiculous for a busy greyhound bus stop.
The people are very helpful in explaining where your bus is where your terminal is and any other information pertaining to your trip I was very pleased
Wish I would have been informed this station would be closed when I arrived after dark. No bathroom access, no phone. I arrived to completely dark locked building and people sleeping on matresses and muttering to themselves at 9pm.thankfully my uber was only 12min away.unfortunately he saw the building closed and drove off thinking it was a mistake. Had to message IM HERE PULL AROUND to the back where bus had dropped me because there was no way I was walking past muttering strangers to get to front of building! Do better greyhound!: (
