Greyhound: Bus Station, Lubbock TX

There is rarely access to restrooms and restrooms never have hand soap and are dirty and unhygienic. The staff there have that not my problem attitude I feel that if the restrooms are constantly clogged then obviously they should have alternative option maybe portable ones to accommodate till they can get issue properly addressed.

Interesting trip across America, some delays, some issues, but drivers are professionals and handled minor problems accordingly, on the way to El Paso, Texas now, hopefully goes smooth

They were not printing bus schedule or bus routes anymore. They offered no assistance for finding the correct bus to travel across town.

The busses were really late everyone called and got different answers not to mention the place was also closed so no one gave anyone reassurance about the busses I was supposed to leave to wititcha falls at 10: 25 and it's now 12: 24. The place itself was locked so we couldn't ask questions or go to the bathroom or anything somebody come fix this or I will never ride from them again

This is a cute little town too. And the greyhound station's OK. It's not the biggest in the world, so it's kinda cramped in there. But when you go out on the street, they've got a bank right across the street. That's the first bank and the streets are made of red brick. And I think that's really cool. The town is a pretty Beast for little town. When it seems like it shuts down from the hours of 5 PM to 8 AM thumbs up.

I have never had a problem with Greyhound bus, but they partnered up with one of the worst companies in the world, Citibus. Otherwise I would have given them 5stars. No Greyhound employee on-site. Only the mean city bus employee. Have to have permission to use bathroom, which is trashed out. Beware: Small soda will cost you $2.75. Small bag of chips will also cost $2.75. Only other food around is a Mexican restaurant across the street. No idea about the prices.
They do have a payphone on-site.

It is disgusting to travel in this transport the poor quality bus turns off halfway we arrived with the complete ones to amarillo Texas we saw that we had to wait until in the morning for another bus to arrive when we should be on our way home I will not travel again This transport is a disgusting company, the truth is that's why I give it 1

They first bus ed wore out AC was mot working driver was really rude trashy bus. Bus # 2 was worse Bus #3 was am independents bus very good and friendly. Bus # 4 was a new one. We arrived 1 hour early my lay over in Houston is for 20 hours. I' m very tired hungry. Thank God I'm alive.

Our driver simply pulled up alongside the sidewalk just down from actual bus station. No one got off bus, a few people boarded as the driver loaded their baggage underneath.

I Need The Transportation And That Actually Pretty Good. But I Had A Hardtime Getting Real Costumer Service. The Desk Clerk Shoed Me The Wrong Direction When I Ask Where The Closest Gas Station Was March 2020. And Then In July 2023 I Asked For A Simple Inquiry Over The Phone And They Made It Difficult And Complicated. Just Trying To Get Pricing ON a Future Trip To Dallas.

I TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I KEPT ASKING THE LADY, WHAT I HAD TO DO TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING, SHE WOULD GIVE ME A TOTAL, THAT WASN'T MATCHING THE PRICE ON LINE, I ASK WHAT WAS THE CHARGE, SHE NEVER INFORMED ME, THEY WERE CHARGING $27.00 TO CHANGE THE BOOKING DATE. SHE JUST KEPT SAYING I HAD TO PAY A DIFFERENT AMOUNT THAT WASN'T ADDING UP WITH WHAT I ALREADY PAID AND THE FEW DOLLARS THAT WAS OWE TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE. THEN THE LADY MADE SURE SHE DIDN'T LET ME DO THE SERVEY AT THE END. SHE HUNG THE

This place has no convenience it's inconsiderate for travelers traveling through there's no combinations there's nothing available for someone and the passing of just coming through

Bus arrived a bit late as usual but overall good experience.
Driver was very helpful and he really tried to make it for all by making it to our destination safe and on time.
I really appreciate the service and also the prices.

The older black lady and hippie looking white man.worthless. Their job is cut out for them. They know nothing about customer service.
