Bus drivers are terrible, buses don't show up, no customer service. Very terrible place.

The terminal was clean and with ample seating. The only drawback was that the Greyhound desk is/was unmanned. The drivers do all the work for their bus and travelers. They sell and collect tickets, load luggage and passengers and answer questions from everyone! I hope they are well compensated!

While a clean and we'll maintained facility, I couldn't locate anyone on site for assistance. Those of us headed to Dallas were never notified of our bus not being able to make it. After calling customer service and rebooking for another bus eight hours later, with several people leaving, a bus showed for Dallas a couple hours later.

This is my preferred mode of travel for out of town visiting whenever I want to see my family and friends in Houston.

I booked a round-trip from Dallas to Waco on a weekend. The bus from Dallas to Waco was okay and came on time, but the return was a nightmare because Greyhound makes the bus depart from Monterrey (Mexico) and it is subject to extremely long delays without notifications (the bus should pick passengers in Waco at 4 pm on Sunday, but it was still in Laredo, TX with a forecast to pass in Waco around 12 am and arrive in Dallas around 2: 30 am on Monday). Therefore, the service is completely unreliable and if you booked the non-refundable economy fare, you just lost you money. In addition, Waco bus station is closed on Sundays, so the passengers waiting for the bus that did not come were waiting outside the terminal under 100F temperatures. Checked the bus tracker link and called Greyhound representatives from a paper stuck on the terminal's window and this is the only way to have a bare estimated time for the bus arrival. In summary, I highly recommend you to avoid Greyhound.

Good but no longer has someone manning the desk and station. Have to ask the drivers questions when they arrive. This is a key transfer stop to many areas and needs to supplement this lack of staff somehow. They also need a kiosk to purchase tickets since they can no longer be purchased at the counter due to lack of staff. I sure hope they find a way around this budget cut.

No Greyhound staff working. Definitely several vending machines which do take credit cards so was thankful for that. There were a lot of flies though.

One of the nicer stations, but could be because it's in a small town and shared with the city. Restroom was clean and bending machines needed to be stocked.

It says it’s open 24/7 I was on the bus from Houston to Waco on the 12th. We arrived at 10: 20 am to find the doors locked the bus driver said oh they arnt open on sundays you have to wait outside for the next bus. My bus wasn’t until 4: 15 that evening and it was 104 degrees outside. This was very dangerous no one had access to any way to cool down and could of had a heat stroke. The hrs need to properly reflect when the place is actually open so that people can prepare their transfers and be aware how long they will be outside in the weather.

I was very lost and confused since I was a new corner, but they have very good employee work there to assist you with anything you need help with.

I would never ride greyhound every again all they want is money they don't care about your luggage the people who work for them are rude nobody help u. They give u the run around then they lie about can't give refunds but u want me to pay in advance they don't care about family emergency or life happens. I bought a bus ticket back in February to get away from my abusive boyfriend he found out about the bus and he was wait at the bus station so I didnt get the chance to get on the bus.so ask for a refund and told me I couldn't get a refund because a special ticket. Or rebook it for another day.so I'm out of 223 dollars with no food to feed my kids.

The web site says they are open till 10pm but know one will answer a phone. Either update the website or start answering the phone

This was to closest they could get my daughter after delaying her for 3 hours. We live too far for this and Greyhound needs to do better.

Public access closed at night so there is no access to bathrooms or amenities when waiting for a late night bus to Dallas.

Customer services is horrible. If you as the from desk attendant a question he will give you a smart response back.
