I feel I got robbed because I gave $6,000 down and none went toward the vehicle… They charge me $3,000 for paperwork…

I was charged for something I didn’t ask them for I ask for them to diagnose my vehicle and instead they dropped the transmission and didn’t tell me till after they did so and told me I have to pay for that to so they made me $800 dollars for absolutely nothing I did not tell them to go ahead and take out transmission next time maybe you could at least advise the owner of the vehicle other steps need to be taken and there will be extra charges I should have not had to pay for something I didn’t ask for

Had oil change on F350 they didn’t tighten filter or plug and damn near ruined diesel motor with no oil. Poor service!

Bought my truck from here for 33000 (75mo 8.79%apr) with 9 “free” oil changes and the warranty was supposedly only 700$ till I read the bill and the oil changes were 2000$ and warranty was 4000$ on top of the truck which the payoff came out to 43000$ and some change……. I purchased another truck from another dealership for 33000 (72mo 10%apr) also and my payments are 660 compared to 760 that I have to pay for the truck that I bought here

Transaction was good but I requested to cancel the warranty and gap over 2 months ago and have been ghosted ever since. Do better Travis, I shouldn’t have to post publicly to get results.

Set up a service appointment for my father. He was greeted with friendly staff and was in and out in a timely manner. Will be coming here from now on.

I have dealt with multiple Ford dealerships thru the years with mostly very good service. So I was very surprised with the cold, callous and indifferent service provided by Griffith Ford. The service advisor refused to do a detailed diagnostic on a new vehicle with only 3,000 miles that was under warranty. I guess I will have to take my car to San Antonio or another Ford dealer nearby.

I went to go buy a used vehicle there and once I got there they tried to sell me a truck with water in the motor.

The service department came and picked up my car from work. I am not always able to take my car myself so I feel they go above and beyond by doing that for their customers.
