As a result of a pipe burst, I had to call this emergency plumber, and I was really pleased with the service I received. The plumber showed up promptly and handled the situation expertly. I have already told people about them, and I want to keep using them in the future.

Justin is a wonderful plumber, we are so lucky to have found him! He is responsive to service requests and after working with him for two years he knows our house very well. He will always help remind us how to shut off the water when the temps start to get below freezing and has even offered to help walk us through simple fixes when he can’t come out right away. He is knowledgeable, courteous, very professional, and truly cares about the work he does.

I discovered my water main shutoff valve stopped working and called on Griffith Plumbing to replace the valve. My shutoff valve is located in tight quarters due to a basement remodel. The plumber arrived on time and did a great job installing a new valve under difficult circumstances. I could not be happier with the service and will hire these guys for all of my future plumbing needs.

The technician, Daniel, had to get on my roof and go down through the vent. He let me know in advance how much the charge would be. The tub and toilet worked just fine. But after he left, I noticed the sink was still stopped up. When I called them back, the technician came out right away and unclogged the bathroom sink with no extra charge. We have done business with Griffith Plumbing Service for years. They do excellent work, are always professional, polite, and personable. I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, you can bet I’ll call Griffith Plumbing Service.

I originally called because the line connecting to my HVAC condensation drain was clogged. Griffith Plumbing Service came out the same day, got it unclogged, flushed my water heater, and replaced a broken master valve. The job took longer than expected due to the necessary extra work, but the guys stayed until the work was complete. Quality work at a fair price. Thanks!

John was the best person for the worst job! He was timely, patent, experienced, and got the job done! After calling and getting no help from anyone John showed up and did an excellent job. The technician from Griffith Plumbing, Daniel, was outstanding with regard to our annual heating system maintenance. He explained in detail how to use our thermostat to control the humidifier which was needed to get more humidity in our house. Would recommend him to anyone else for his work on our system.

Griffith Plumbing Service have always been professional, friendly and at a reasonable cost. They go beyond the repair work by making sure they explain what they did and leave the place cleaner than they found it. They even have a great office staff too!

They came to our apartment to examine and repair the garbage disposal in our sink. Our disposal probably locked up as a result of Texas's freezing temperatures in February, preventing it from draining water into the sink. That water began to drain away from beneath our dishwasher and onto the kitchen floor. Our disposal was unlocked by plumbers, allowing the sink to drain normally. After that, they verified that the dishwasher did not have power. They manually emptied the dishwasher because the washer lacked power but had a lot of water that couldn't be drained. This made it less likely that the water from the washer would leak. Then they told us to call an electrician to fix the dead outlet that was shutting down the dishwasher

Griffith Plumbing is a great company hand down there's only one I'll call from now on for my plumbing needs everything was don't professionally clean up was great nothing was left behind and the pricing was perfect anything plumbing I say go with them and the work where very prompt and had no problems, thanks again.

We’ve used Griffith Plumbing Service a number of times, for tasks ranging from basic plumbing repair to installation of an overhead sewer system. They’re great. The work they’ve done for us is professional. We’ll continue using them down the line.

Workers found two leaks and replaced a water heater within 8 hours. They did a great job and I highly recommend their services. They're pricey but worth it in my opinion

Griffith Plumbing Service really came through for us a few weeks ago. We had a general contractor working to convert a bathtub and shower combination to a barrier-free, handicap accessible shower for my mother - long story short, we had to sub-contract all the work ourselves after the demo. Trident installed the shower pan and completed the conversion within the week. They did great work and were extremely friendly and professional. I would totally use them again.

As always, Griffith Plumbing takes fabulous care of me and my home needs. I would never call anyone else. The hot water tank “died”, I called the next morning and before 5 pm a tech was at the door with a replacement. John was fantastic, let me know what he was doing and was so helpful. The gal in the office jumped right in that morning and took care of me. With care and Service like that, why go anywhere else. Thanks, you all are the best.

Dan was professional and efficient. He took the time to answer our myriad questions patiently. He also cleaned our sink drain and repaired our running toilet which was not in the original work order. He was wonderful!
