Super satisfied with Griffith Plumbing! As I told installer Josh B, a double 5-star rating! Great communication, quality product, good prices, professional approach, and super speedy install service. Exceptional customer service from my early morning online inquiry to the finished install of our new 50-gallon water heater about 8 hours later.

How wonderful working with this company has been is beyond words. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, from scheduling the appointment with James, who was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable, to the actual plumber arriving on time to complete the work. The plumbing was done correctly, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Stark Plumbing is an excellent choice for me.

They all showed up on time, were friendly and professional. They both completed the agreed-upon work quickly and competently, involving us in any decision-making process. When the work was done, they both thoroughly cleaned the area. In the future, we will definitely work with Griffith Plumbing Service!

We have had our fair share of issues and Griffith Plumbing Service is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and kind. He walked us through the entire process and took the time to show us what was needed to complete the entire plumbing project of installing a submeter to each home. This company was great and we have added them to our vendor list for any future needs on plumbing.

Reached out to Griffith Plumbing Service for a quote on a gas valve replacement based on a recommendation. They were able to come out the next day, took a thorough look at the problem and our system overall, and quoted us a reasonable price. Work was completed quickly and is high quality. James was fantastic! I think we found our new go-to plumber.

I can't speak highly enough of them. Despite the fact that they had a lot of questions, their plumber was really professional and thorough. After he fixed a sewer problem that was driving us crazy, we'll be calling him back to do some remodeling in our bathroom, which should be a lot more fun this time!

I have worked with this company for a long time. I am a loyal customer of Griffith Plumbing. Their team is extra professional! They take the time to educate the customer which is extremely valuable. Their HVAC, electrical and plumbing come to recommend. A pleasure to work with! The owner is fantastic!

2 techs came to the job to replace the good pump. Both techs worked tirelessly to fix the problem. One tech dug 3 hours to find the well Cap. Another tech James worked on the replacement of all pipes and pumps and tanks. They did a great job. Highly qualified recommended them for any job.

After a difficult time with some contractors, I called Griffith Plumbing Service. The technician came and was so wonderful. Very honest and informative. I knew exactly what work was being done and felt confident in his work. He also quoted me less than half of what other businesses quoted me for the same job! If you need a plumber, this company should be your first call!

James was awesome and finished the job well. He repaired two outdoor garden spigots and fixed a slow filling toilet and faucet leak! He was very patient and explained everything to us. Griffith Plumbing Service company has great communications and fair price. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Not only was he handsome lol (little humor) but he was EXTREMELY professional, explained everything he was doing & was very GREAT with timing. Your whole house water softener system died. Who do you call? Griffith Plumbing Service. Their response from the first phone call is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our new install was quick and professional. Thanks, Trident Plumbing, for putting us back in business so quickly. Their pricing is very competitive.

Griffith Plumbing Service has been fantastic as I tried to resolve a sewer line issue between the city and my line. They have been out and met with the City to get resolution on the City side of the line. I highly recommend the company. The front office and all the technicians that have come out have been great. I almost hate to put this out there because I don’t want them to get to busy. But it is a well deserved honest review.

James was very friendly, polite and professional. He explained all of the steps and the time frame needed to complete the job. And then he went above and beyond and exceeded expectations in getting the job done, cleaning up after, and giving me info on other services the company provides. 10/10 would highly recommend!

James is incredibly diligent, honest, and professional. When they performed a plumbing home inspection for me, it was pouring down rain. After they had tracked mud inside, He was so considerate and mopped my floors. Respect for the pandemic was shown by everyone, who wore masks. With his inspections and estimates, James is very fair and honest. I would highly recommend Griffith Plumbing Service.

We scheduled an appointment for the day after of the incident we had, and the plumbers came on time, wore masks, wore shoe covers, worked very quick and diligently while informing us of everything that has happened, and will happen. After they completed their services, they asked us to test the service and it worked amazing! They got a life long customer here.

James was amazing! We had a slow drip in the shower and he immediately knew the issue. The piece wasn't in stock but as soon as it arrived he scheduled time to install it. Be sure to ask for him, he was amazing super friendly and very knowledgeable!
