Griff's Haltom City

The burger and fries were good! The chicken sandwich was okay but I wouldn’t get it again. The place was clean and the service was friendly!

I had never even heard of this place until yesterday. So far I have tried the steak sandwich & mushroom burger. We loved it so much the first day, we came back again. Nice family atmosphere, workers very friendly & helpful.

I stopped going to Griff's because I work by the one on Lancaster and it's worse since covid.

I stopped by this location and remembered why I used to love Griff's.

Good food great service and speedy drive thru.

It's a great spot for burgers – the place is really tidy, and the food is delicious. It appears that all the staff genuinely enjoy their work, which adds to the experience.

Clean but a little slow, messed up our shake order, asked for the shake back to remake the correct one. Which is slightly weird, we had already taken it to our table then They took it back to the kitchen? But the food is always made fresh. I recommend not taking incorrect order back to the kitchen it’s just not a good look. One girl went out to smoke then right back to work without washing her hands. Also weird. But again food was great and fresh so I will come back. Just some minor things that I noticed. Most prob wouldn’t notice.

A nice clean restaurant. The staff were nice and I like how they call out the orders over the intercom.

The giant cheese burger was aight. The taste was a reminiscent of a chain that uses bellhops.

The fries were good though. I do believe they are twice fried.

Small double cheese burger was the better of the two burgers. It was cheesy and moist.

Griffs needs a bigger location. The drive through was a very long wait. The Burger was good.

Was kinda late in evening. They were out of several things and still busy. Drive thru and walk in.

The burgers are my favorite.in all of Halton City but the service is terrible, not all of them.but bad attitude and they work as if you were ordering. I don't speak English very well and on one occasion the girl, since she didn't understand me, what she was doing was ignoring me and my husband went and put her in her place and it turns out that the lady did speak Spanish.the offense was that she understood her

Never thought I would say this but this place is running neck to neck just might be better than in N out and that was my favorite hamburger up until I came here. This burger was so fresh and juicy and full of flavor and grilled to perfection. So good I had it three days straight. The number 4 is my go to combo. I high recommend this place

Haven't been here in awhile. Passing thru and decided to go in. They totally remodeled inside. Very nice. Now to the food.best cheeseburger and fries ever.

Talking about some "we're busy and our lobby is closed" like there are 3 people inside eating and talking to their hearts content. And don't even get me started on busy. They call 3 cars in the drive thru busy. Shame shame shame. Not to mention it was a white worker and white people inside. I feel discriminated

I have always loved Griff's however the last 2 times we've been at lunch they don't have gravy for the steak finger basket. That's a staple on the menu and it should be available.

I have been there multiple times and every time is a good time. The food is amazing and quite delicious!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the number two, hamburger only.
Got up to the window and the guy said 15.89
I said 15? !
He said. 89
I told him I only ordered a hamburger he looked through the bagged up drive-thru orders and found my hamburger and said oh my bad lol
He then said 5.83
So I paid and I'm on my way home when i decide to look at my receipt and notice he charged me the 15.89 anyways
So i went back and a manager at the register I told her what had happened.guess she's fairly new so she had to call somebody to find out how to refund my money she ended up refunding my money and charging me for my food.didn't bother asking to be compensated I was just hungry and wanted to get back home.
I got back home to enjoy my food and it was cold
